No All dirty and without AC

The location of the rooms were central to every attraction which was great as first time visitors to the city. I also enjoyed how great the air conditioning was especially with how hot it was all day and night. Loved how welcoming and nice the staff were as well.

Excellent location, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived after hours, and I really appreciated the detailed instructions they provided for accessing the structure. Everything was perfect. Everything was very good.

Front desk was awesome! Room: - feels unsafe - front of door entrance filthy, smells of urine; homeless sleeping in front and block door. No light. Code to get in is easily access by anyone. -air conditioning was not working well. -Smells like mold -Sink was not working & they finally fixed it but left a negative first impression, as we paid a-lot of money for this room. -Elevator sucks, fit only 3 person! -Entrances to room was dark and the stairs is pretty to scary as can lead to potentially falling, slippery & can cause severe harm! - front desk only available 8am-8pm. Calls for assistance can be hard especially from another country. - long wait during check in, the company had issues w lock, its key pad but after fixed it was working. - i will not recommend to anyone if out of country.

Location was excellent since we could walk to most attractions and restaurants. our room had a little balcony with a good view of the nazionale street. It was our first visit to rome and these rooms worked well for our type of trip. The building elevator is an experience... we are not used to these type of elevators that only fit 3 persons and could be difficult if you have many bags. Nevertheless, this is something standard in rome most hotels have the same inconvenience.

Just location This by far was the worse place I stayed at. The building is quite old and it smells like mold. Besides that, the cleanliness of rooms is 0. The bathroom was very dirty, toilet seat was nasty with other words unacceptable. The photos attached do not show very clearly the nastyness. When i complained and requested another room they did not take my complaints seriously and were suprised why I am complaining. Bed was very bad. You could feel mattress springs and comforter/blanket was just covered with material it was not in closed bedding. Wifi did not work at all at any point of our stay. The sfaff was supposed to help us and sort this for us , but they did not care. Bottom line there is nothing luxarious about this place and I would never go back or recommend it to anyone ever! Too expensive and dirty!

The location is nice, the staff are nice

The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely attentive and genuinely hospitable throughout our visit. The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and featured modern furniture, with plenty of closet space. Perfectly located within short walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés all nearby. The only downside was that the bathroom seemed very worn out but the staff mentioned that renovations are planned soon.

The property was safe, the staff was easily reachable and the location was great. Ms.Rosi was so helpful and welcoming she told us everything about the property. She was so cheerful and loving towards us! Everything was neat and great!

Great location near to the bus stations ,friendly staff

Location was good and staffs were very friendly I stayed 3F and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. Although the staff attempted to clean the room, the smoke odor remained and seemed impossible to eliminate, as it had become deeply embedde

Bed was hard, walls were paper thin and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location was amazing 10-20 ‘min from colosseum, Trevi fountain, pantheon, Roma termini station, shopping. Spanish steps! I was with my two daughters and location on a main split street instead of a dark alley way felt very safe! Four flights of stairs but the little elevator does work

Compared to other places I stayed in Italy, this was a dream. There was actually someone at the desk, and also prompt answers to my email questions. Other places were remote check-in only, sometimes with complicated procedures, and very hard to reach some of them when there were issues
