Palazzo Roma - The Leading Hotels of the World

The rooms were spectacular. The breakfasts were divine. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Truly. Many thanks to Oliver and the team, who were such a gracious and welcoming staff. We will be back! There is nothing we didn't like. Honestly, top to bottom, this hotel was perfection, and I am picky. We were so impressed.

There was zero facility, no pool no spa, lobby was small

The staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked in with no reservation, jetlagged and panicked. Oliver texted us daily with personal recommendations, arranged a massage for my girlfriend, and breakfast every morning was incredible. On our last morning they surprised me with a birthday pastry without us ever telling them it was my birthday. Honestly, nothing. The only reason we ended up here was because our original hotel gave away our room, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened."

The location is excellent. We walked everywhere. The hotel is an island of luxurious calm in a very busy touristy area. The hot water wasn’t very hot.

The breakfast, service, and location are top notch. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay. Adding more power outlets in the room, near the bed would make it even better.

Royal treatment is given at the Palazzo Roma. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and to ensure we were happy for the entirety of our stay. They even surprised my daughter with a lovely birthday cake and candies. Loved the design of the Palazzo we felt regal just staying there. The location could be a pro or a con relative to what a guest wants. We wanted to be very central and walk everywhere so it suited us perfectly. Definitely recommend staying here for a more personalized boutique experience in a gorgeous hotel with great attention to details.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Oliver was extremely helpful and Margarita was absolutely amazing! She gave us excellent hospitality and was careful about my husband’s allergies. The two gentlemen downstairs that helped us with our stroller were wonderful! Everyone at this hotel blew away our expectations and the hospitality was top notch. This was our first international trip as a family and we are forever grateful for everyone at the Palazzo Roma for making it our favorite holiday we’ve had.

The breakfast was exceptional. It was a full service breakfast with amazing choices and attentive service. The location of the hotel was perfect. Most of the attractions in Rome were in walking distance. The staff was extremely courteous and warm. We would definitely stay at Palazzo Roma again.

The staff and the hotel manager in particular, Oliver Hutton, offered exceptional service. My husband was so impressed with their attentiveness and how “on it” he is. They all work very hard and genuinely want their guests to have a great experience. For my husband who had not yet been to Rome, he was blown away by how good the location of the hotel is. You really can walk anywhere in my opinion. The breakfast choice is also very good which I find incredibly important when travelling and definitely one of the things I look for when reading reviews! A fantastic hotel which we absolutely will come back to and have no hesitation recommending to others. To really top off this great hotel, it would be nice to have the centre courtyard to use for the hotel. A nice outdoor area with the bar, I think that would encourage more people to have a drink there if an evening. It is an old Palazzo though so outdoor space is difficult to achieve and not a deal breaker.

Stayed here a few times in the last 2 years. We don’t even look for another property when in Rome! Excellent property!

It was my first time to Rome and I did not realize that a central location meant right in the middle of the tourist area I would have liked a bathtub in my room. And while the room did have a balcony, you could not sit outside or really use it
