The staff and facility is amazing. perfection was what they are aiming for. The palace feel and the resto has been incredibly done. Artwork amazing. ambiance amazing, bar and bathes top class. The room presentation best ever. I think the door man service could have been improved and I wasn't please with the price quoted to arrange a tour of the Vatican for 3 hours... Huge mark up which left a compromised feeling... I know lark ups are expected but EURO 950 for 3 hours is crazy.

It’s like staying in a living museum! I think I felt the lunch menu in particular was a little bit lacking more casual food in particular more salads.

Nadia and another colleague at reception were incredibly helpful while assisting with a train booking issue due to a train strike. The food, location, and staff were all excellent. The property is beautiful and there is a good mix of old and new in terms of the interior design. The cocktails at the bar were fabulous. We would love to return. N/A
