Hotel Review We had such a pleasant stay! The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to all the major landmarks. But the most beautiful part of our stay was the hotel staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. A big shoutout to Marzia for being especially kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. ❤️ Thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful! We truly enjoyed it and would be happy to come back again! ✨

location and cleanliness elevator and being in a separate building

Palazzo Venere was one of the biggest and most pleasant surprises of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptional. Jacopo at reception was outstanding, genuinely one of the best hotel welcomes we have ever experienced. He was warm, engaging, and exactly the kind of Italian host you hope to meet when visiting Rome. He gave us a fantastic crash course on the city using a map, recommended excellent places to visit, and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited about our stay. When he handed us the key, he explained that our room was located in a separate building nearby. At first, this felt a little unusual and made us slightly uncertain. However, as soon as we entered the room, all our concerns disappeared. It was beautiful, comfortable, and full of Roman character, while still feeling refined and genuinely boutique. Even small details, such as the pillow menu, showed a real attention to the guest experience. Palazzo Venere is a great example of how a hotel can feel truly five-star without relying on size or excessive luxury. The focus is placed on the things that actually matter: a memorable welcome, thoughtful service, character, comfort, and attention to detail. The only minor downside was that, although the room itself was excellent, the building where it was located still felt slightly like a work in progress. We noticed a few traces of recent painting in the common areas, and the elevator stopped working on a couple of occasions. That said, this was only a very minor inconvenience. The room was just a few floors up, so taking the stairs was easy, and the elevator issue was brief and occasional. It did not affect our stay in any meaningful way. This is really only worth mentioning for completeness, because the overall experience was genuinely 10/10.

Everything! Hotel was walkable to all major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our stay with our tween daughter. The room was very clean and provided us a quiet and secluded sanctuary in the city. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and the overall room felt newer. We loved this hotel! Nothing.

Location and staff was fantastic, comfortable beds. Airconditioning was not great, we had a 3rd bed and it was very uncomfortable. Bedrooms are tiny…no where to open luggage. The room needs a proper clean. Not just a surface clean, ie. carpets and walls behind mirrors in the bathroom.

Breakfast was simple, light & healthy and nothing was an issue for the ladies, very nice and sincerely very helpful. Location was perfect, right in the center of best area, right next to Palazzo Puopolo, great shopping and wonderful restaurant's. The pull out bed mattress was hard, other than that everything was perfect for what we wanted. The staff on reception to the ladies on breakfast and the cleaners - everyone was so helpful, great job - thank you!
