This hotel is exceptional in all respects. A hidden gem. The sleek design has a great modern Italian vibe. The location is quiet, away from the overcrowded city center, tucked away in the hilly Parioli neighborhood surrounded by beautiful residential buildings and tree-shaded streets. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés within ten minutes’ walking distance. At the same time, there is easy access to all that Rome has to offer. The hotel, with only 19 rooms, is small and correspondingly intimate. After a few days you’ll get to know all the staff. They’re always smiling, very helpful in making arrangements to heighten the pleasure of your stay in the city, and ready for a casual chat. Don’t miss the excellent breakfast, which you can savor over espresso on the rooftop terrace. I highly recommend a stay here for all your days in Rome. Nothing not to like.

The location is a little far from downtown center areas, you need to call taxi to many places if you don’t have car.

Nice rooms, big bed, bid bathroom. An excellent rain shower. Has airconditioning. Breakfast was good, there is an opportunity to sit outside on the roof terrace.

The rooms are really good. They don’t change the bed sheets. The breakfast is considerably basic with few quality options.

It is a stylish hotel, located in one of the nicest (and poshest) areas of Rome (above Villa Borgheze park). This also means that if you plan to walk everything, it can be a bit of a walk to the main sights. But there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, so that is an option too. Some of the staff was eztremely nice and helpful, others were so-so (e.g. one receptionist couldn't tell us the price of breakfast for kids as "they usually don't see many chuldren." The room itself was spacious and well decorated. Some staff not very friendly (see above), the room could use a work desk.

It’s was a great hotel away from the main touristic routes. I loved the location - it’s not cramped and you can easy get to the city center by bus / taxi. The stuff was amazing, super helpful and friendly. We got a free upgrade which we appreciated very much. The room was spacious with all the amenities needed. I would suggest to change the one set of pillows. There are 4 identical, it would be better to have an option to chose. One slightly smaller and thinner pillow would be good. The breakfast lacked veggies, I would suggest to add sliced cucumber / tomate or a bowl of greens.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Being brand new, every aspect, from the design to the installations, felt incredibly fresh and well-maintained. The staff were remarkably receptive and friendly, making me feel genuinely welcome. Considering the excellent price point and the tons of dining options in the immediate vicinity, it offers fantastic value. While the hotel isn't centrally located for main tourist attractions, this could actually be a huge plus if you're looking to avoid the typical tourist crowds and chaos.

It was new and not outdated. The bathroom showers allow water to get out and causes the floor to be slippery.

In a Rome where any new hospitality business would just open B&Bs and airB&B, a special praise should be given to who decide to open a small boutique hotel. Staff - especially upon arrival - has been extremely nice, offering a drink and upgrading my room and breakfast. Part of the hotel is still under construction but my assessment is that in 1 month it will be fully ready. I left on a hurry late for work but one of the staff members called me from afar assuming I didnt close my bill, which I did the night before (a bit more of internal communication would be good)
