The location is ok. It's not far away to main sightseeings but it's not that close either. Beds were comfy. It doesn't have something I didn't like, but don't expect much either.

perfect location 50m away from the Cipro underground station. It's an apartment in a big condo split in several rooms. Plenty of bars, supermarkets, shops nearby. We experienced silent nights and did rest well. Super clean rooms and beds. We also had balcony. Toiletries and towels very good. Air conditioning included. Free coffee at the entrance hall. Safe in the closet. 5th floor with elevator. The owner is very kind. Lack of bidet, but my fault not to check beforehand. Bathroom also quite small and a quite noisy toilet flush pump. During the day parking spots are always occupied, you may have to walk a bit to the entrance of the building.

Centrally located Noisy at night. Could hear people talking next door. Thin walls.

Very bright with full windows, clean. Air conditioning worked very well. The hallway is shared with 4 other guest rooms. If a guest comes in late and doesn’t watch their noise level, it is very easy to hear them. It only happened one night and upon notification the other guest apologized and was quiet. So it’s random luck, but just be aware.

Giordano is very helpful. Every time we could reach him. Self check in is possible. We arrived at house around 01 am, we could enter easily. And they can keep your luggages after check out too. Very clean. Very close to Vaticani. Metro and bus stop is front of building. Thanks, all is fine

Good location, nice and new furniture and facilities, great staff

Helpful staff and clean room. The freezing compartment of the refrigerator does not work at all. The curtains are too thin to block the sun when there is sunlight. Hence, I woke up at around 6:30am due to the sunrise.

Just a microwave would have been nice

I like the metro location. I like the businesses around here like a bakery and grocery store. I felt safe coming home at 9pm. The restroom is tight but manageable. Hot water was a plus. Good pressure too.

We (a couple) stayed for 6 nights in room #1 in this guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and clean, the free WIFI worked very well. The owner was very nice and very helpful to get around the area. The location is PERFECT just 10 min walk from the Vatican and 2 min from an undergrounds station (in just a few stops you can get to all main places in Rome). The room is on a main road so you have all the stores you need in just a few min walking including a famous bakery that you must try named Bonci. We surely will return to this room on our next visit to Rome. Bottom line excellent value for money

The location is quite close to the main attractions but not to all of them so we did a good cardio walking while we were in Rome. An added value is that the metro station is just 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quite part of Rome so you can get a good night sleep. Close to the apartment you have a market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops etc. There was nothing that is worth mentioning that we didn't like.
