Nice, quaint air conditioned rooms. Loved the balcony and communal kitchen and breakfast was delicious! The bed was super comfortable! My husband and I didn’t wake up with aches or pains! Location felt a little sketchy, but I understand that can’t always be helped. Bonci pizza made up for it!

Host was very helpful in making sure we were informed on how to access and use the facility. Making the taxi reservation was helpful. Coffee machine was not available. The shower stall needs a handle bar to make it easier to get out. As a senior citizen I almost fell getting out of the shower.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything about this place. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — you can really feel the care and attention. Breakfast was simple, but there was definitely enough to enjoy: good coffee, pastries, boiled eggs, and sandwiches with cold cuts — perfect to start the day. The area is quiet, which we really appreciated. It’s slightly away from the main busy streets, but there is a metro station nearby, making it very easy and fast to get anywhere in the city. The location is also great — the Vatican Museums are close enough to reach on foot, which was a big plus for us.

Elena is wonderful and the accommodation excellent. Very good location and very good breakfast.

Elena’s a great host. We didn’t have to ask but she offered to arrange an airport pick up ride for us right away after we booked the place. Instructions were clear and she was easy to communicate with. The location is very close to the Metro which is a plus!

Elena was delightful. She was available at any time, and had information for all our questions. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, pastries, etc.

Elena was a fantastic host : ) Great communication, clean, and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property. Good breakfast, and she even offered to hold our bags after checking out, so that we could explore for the day, without having to drag our luggage around. Very happy. Would stay again.

It felt like a home, yet was serviced just like a hotel! The host was very hospitable, promptly replying to queries as they popped up. We had a neat shared living room with the rest of the guests, complete with Nespressos, Tea, Quick Bites and Kitchenware. Nested close to the Vatican AND one of Rome’s few train stations, we had easy access to the rest of the city. None.
