The room are clean. At first were confused which floor is the hotel since it's written outside of the gate that the hotel is in 6 floor but it's actually in 2nd floor. So we had to find it and ask the floor neighbour. But overall everything is good.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. As we're all common areas. Could not have hoped for a better stay Highly recommended. Many cafes close by. Many local shops for groceries. We'll equipped kitchen. Mini refrigerator in room. Come see Rome and stay here. Local bus just outside the door. Elevator in building. Nothing I did not like. I wish my stay had been longer.

Close to transportation. The room, bathroom, and shared kitchen was very clean. Host was so very helpful Not a dislike, but would have loved a seating area on balcony. We just used 3 of the chairs from the kitchenette in our room, 2 to sit on and 1 for a lil table to hold our pizza box.

Location and host. Lighting in bedroom, breakfast, shower facility (tub height and curtain) bathroom flooding and lack of drying for towels.

Met with George and he was amazingly helpful and accomodating for us throughout our stay. Excellent value for the location and accomodations!

Location was perfect, close to caffe shops and conad supermarket, metro station is 5 mins walk, Vatican city is also very close. The room is very big, nice view. Bed was comfortable. We got some breakfast, and they asked if we need more, which was great. Some croissant, sweet snacks, coffee, tea, juices, joghurt, jam, nutella, toasted bread and butter, apple and banana, 2 small bottles of water. Great that they let us put the backpacks in the room at 12.30 and we could walk without them! Good communication, easy to get in, had enough napkins, tissues, toilet paper. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. In the kitchen there were plates, mugs, coffe machine, utensis, pots and pans. The bathroom is acroos the room, the shower curtain is not clean, the toilet was heavily leaking all the time (it was really loud). It would have been nice to have a mop for the bathroom, a small towel or something. Breakfast mainly contained sweet snacks. The room could have been cleaner as well but we had no problems. The lights in the room were interesting, red small lamp (only one side) and the big light was strong white. We got 2 tiny shampoo for 5 days, 2 people.

The location. Only. Breakfast for 4 nights for 2 ppl: 1×15gr nutella, 2×15gr jams, a few crackers, a few croisants, a few cookies, 2 yoghurts, some more long-lasting extra sweet pastries and 2×0,5l waters. Bathroom: We have paid extra for our own bathroom. When we arrived nobody told us which one of two bathrooms is ours so we took the key and locked the bathroom with a fan (which we really needed every single day), that is also mentioned in the list of facilities. In the morning, i saw absolutely unprofessional amount of messages on WhatsApp (12), 6 of which were deleted. Very passive-aggressive attitude, saying that we must open the bathroom that is not ours (again - nobody told us which one to use). One fan for all ppl, sharing. We needed to wait for ONE hour to get this fan because one girl just took it into her room. Amd when I sent a msg to owner that we need a fan and can she PLEASE set a rule to keep it in the sharing area for everyone, she said not to worry and its basically our fault because last night we have locked the bathroom with fan. So now all we have to do is wait. Toilet paper we were taking from the main toilet because we have had 1 roll and she never gave us any more. We had only 2 pieces of soaps, 10-20gr each. Shampoo - just 2×20ml bottles for 2 girls. Nobody gave us more, so we paid money to buy more shampoo in the shop. Also, I haven't seen any shower cap, which is also on the list. Kitchen: Teakettle, aka electric kettle, is mentioned in the list of facilities. It is not there. We have asked about it and have been told there is no teakettle and we can use a microwave instead. ???. There are no pots or pans to cook normal breakfast. But hey, you can use microwave ?? Room: Aircon is just a tiny portable fan! Minibar - I haven't seen any mini any bar. 2 small bottles of water are not a minibar. Blanket is just a one layer sheet.

The owner is a nice lady, provided with every in the flat that is needed for living, a fridge in the room and most importantly, AC because of the hell outside during the day. Overall, recommend this place.

really good location close to the metro and the vatican city. Rafaella was lovely and helpful and we were very comfortable a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic but not as noticeable with the air conditioning on

Air conditioner, coffee machine, closeness to Vatican City Busy street next to the window which makes noises during the night; garbage bins were not emptied efficiently; didn't received breakfast every morning.

we liked the location? we didn’t like the breakfast because it writes that they include breakfast but for breakfast they put chocolate, biscuits etc.☹️

I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Everything was so clean and the host was very nice and helpful.

- windows to bustling noisy street: we could easily hear people loudly chatting, buses coming and going; - coffee machine in the room did not work; - it was a double bed, but combined of two single ones with separate mattresses and a gap between them; - pillows very hard; - most importantly: the host charged us 20 euro for late check in, while we informed her in advance that our trains got delayed significantly. She said she was waiting for is since 5pm though our agreed time was 7-8pm. So when we came at 9:30pm, we had to pay these extra 20Euro, which was by the letter of the rules, but not by the spirit of rules, as we had no influence on Trenitalia :(

Everything was thought of. The room is spacious, the balcony is really nice, it's right next to the metro stop and there are a lot of nice cafes in the area. Raffaella is also really helpful! -
