the only thing i like the location. when my husband and I arrived to the place, she did not answer in time , made us wait more than 30mins. when I called she responded very rude and definitely she do not speak English, only Italian (yet language mention English as well on booking). the room is not worth the money you pay. no fridge, no kettle, no drink. it was dusty and old style. we stayed two nights and never required room clean or check, she randomly unlocked our door and go into the room and tidy up (put our clothes on the floor) changed the trash but never change the towels? weird and very noisy! it says ‘bed and breakfast’ but no breakfast. very disappointed.

The fact that they call themselves a B&B, but the breakfast wasn't included in the rate. The true B&B rate is different and we didn't find out until we were checking in. This worked out okay, because of an excellent Bistro right by the front door that offered USA style breakfasts.

Good location No clear instructions, how to reach the property. Owner speaks only italian. Property was OK, too much of smells everywhere. We booked with breakfast, but there were only two options: coffee, croisant and orange juice, or capuccino, toast with ham and cheese and orange juice. Breakfast was served in bistro downstairs right next door. If you prefer normal english type of breakfast, recommend booking without it.

The property is very well located. Close to the metro, Vatican City and restaurants. The breakfast was very basic. For the price we paid, it could have been way better.

Breakfast in bistro adjacent. Fun observing how Italians start their day. Nice to be in Italian neighborhood, in a room in a flat. Bus stops and Metro station 1-3 min. walking to see all Rome has to offer. Get the Moovit App to find your bus/metro routes. Save money w. weekly pass. WiFi was spotty and slow.
