Prassede Palace Hotel

Location and price. They were very nice and let us change rooms The hot water didn’t work. We had 2 different rooms because the first one was a shoe box that looked at a garbage can and it was our honeymoon. The showers in both rooms were awful. Extremely low water pressure so I was unable to shower and had to wait til morning.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations which were extremely loud and smells from the dust and materials filtered into the room. It gave the room which was beautiful A very sour smell. The hours of noise made it impossible to have a relaxing start to the morning or a peaceful break in the middle of your day when you just wanted to relax after a full morning of touring.

Everything was wonderful! Starting from Linda( a receptionist) and ending with night guard and a cleaning lady. They gave us only one set of keys which created an inconvenience when we needed to go to different cathedrals for a Christmas service.

The location was perfect. There was no hot water, and the air smelled unpleasant (odor from a spray probably). Additionally, they had blocked the guests from changing the AC, requiring us to call the reception for any modifications. Furthermore, our shower was broken, and the reception was aware of the issue (and confirmed it) but failed to take any action to fix it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Got a very nice room upgrade which was super comfortable and well sized. Breakfast deal they have with the bistro in the building is very worth going for!

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It is hard to find and kind of tucked away in a spot that feels like it would not be safe for a solo traveler arriving at night. The walls were very thin and there were very loud guests who made it difficult to sleep. It took an extremely long time to get hot water in the shower and I was never able to get hot water in the sink. It felt a little overpriced for the quality of the property.

The location was good and staff was friendly Our room was shafted with views of the pipes. There was zero sound proofing. We could hear noise from the restaurant downstairs. The bed was terrible with the lowest quality mattress.

Although it appears as a 4-star hotel, even one star is too much for it. The air conditioning does not work properly, and controlling it from the desk makes it feel like there is no air in the room. Sleeping in the room is difficult due to street noise, which is very loud snd hotel worker . The breakfast has a special menu for guests, but it is disappointing."

Room was not so spacious but I guess it is somewhat of a standard when hotels are in an old building downtown.

Super nice staff… beds were comfortable Lights next to bed didn’t work, staff said they’d have them fixed on the day after our arrival.. they were never repaired.. no wash clothes in the bathroom.. soap/shampoo dispenser in shower were not labeled.. they actually looked like the same product..? Kitchen down one morning .. only breads & coffee.. said we couldn’t even have yogurt

The breakfast choices were simple but perfectly adequate. all the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The location just 5 minutes walk from the termini railway station was good and within walking distance of the most popular spots Nothing disappointed
