Ripetta Relais

There was no traffic or other noise during the 2 nights. The location was excellent. The room was big and the bed was confortable. I did not like the stairs up to the terrazze, nor did I like the stairs down from terrazze to breakfast room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. There are some humidity problems in the room. At some points, the walls are beginning to crumble and there is a bad smell in the shower because of the humidity I think. The jacuzzi tub, on the other hand, is easy to use and very clean. The location is excellent being just steps away from Piazza del Popolo.

Convenient location. V pleasant and helpful staff especially in the morning. Lack of lift so long walk up with no warning before booking. No written info about locks etc

Breakfast is very nicely presented - standard continental fare. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is in two blocks with a shared small roof terrace. Our room "Movie" was lovely with a projection TV and nice big shower.

The location was AMAZING, AC and Wi-Fi worked well, 18-minute walk to Trevi fountain, 10ish to Spanish Steps, and about 25-30 to Colosseum. The person who guided me to the location helped me greatly and assisted me with the best transportation methods and when to exit the metro! My only struggle was I entered the wrong entrance but found my room easily once I got to other side of property. Entrances are very close, but the terrace connects the sides - no problem getting there unless your luggage is huge.

Great location, very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast and service. Hot bath / spa takes a long time to fill up.

Staff were lovely and really welcoming. Huge thanks to Valentino, incredible host. Helped us with luggage as there is no lift in the property. The shower was amazing the space in it was great looked like a steam room was a lovely addition. So many stairs to climb with suitcases and no lift. Walls were paper thin, could hear a pin drop in the next room. The shower didn’t drain quick enough so you would stand in water above above your ankles and if you wash your hair it would overflow and flood the room and had to use a lot of towels, jacuzzi bath was freezing cold no hot water so couldn’t use properly but other than that I would recommend this property it is lovely

Ripetta Relais is the best choice for few days in Rome. Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definetely go back. I recommend it very much!

No elevator.

Everything was over the moon, but the best was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and really pushed forward to provide the best experience to the guests. My wife is gluten-intolerant, and when she mentioned it on the first morning, they were really sorry. Next breakfast, they had a dedicated assortment of bread and pastries specially for her. That was really touching The hot water in the tub could have more pressure to fill the tub more rapidly, but this is the only thing. It can also happen that we hear the neighbour a bit too much, especially for early leavers. But we came prepared and had our earplugs at the ready. Which is anyway a good practice for any hotel stay. Like that, the disturbance was kept minor

The Hotel Manager could not have been more welcoming and helpful - he made us feel very much at ease at all times - Was a little confused re the address but the manager resolved this for me immediately and without fuss

Very friendly staff, perfect location, decent sized room, and very clean. The hydromassage tub in my room was just what I needed.

The staff was really friendly and helped the best they could when they could. They are English speaking so bonus. It was really close to a lot of places and the train and bus stations. They had breakfast choices too. There was no elevator so I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with heavy bags on my own because reception ends at 6. No WiFi in my room (just my room, they had WiFi everywhere else). The bathroom overflowed with water if left on for more than 5 minutes. The toilets had stains. Little mold here and there. The walls were also very thin.

amazing room. Totaly luxury. Great location. But stand out was the spa bath.
