The hospitality was amazing. The lady helped me to get to my room. The room was warm, smelled clean and it felt like home.The staff brought breakfast in my room, which it made my morning easy and I had more time to get ready. I loved the fact of enough room in the bedroom and also in the private bathroom. During the night was still. It’s a good isolated room, even though it’s in a traffic area, I couldn’t hear anything from outside. Every thing was perfect, clean and warm. I just misstated the option for any fruit and boiled eggs for breakfast.

Room very nice, shower big, bathroom very nice, netflix free and tv, airconditioning, clean and confortable. Will return surely on the next occasion. Snack and coffee machine in the kitchen. For any necessity fridge and freezer. Location close to pubblic transport, restaurants, shops. I would have prefered more choice for breakfast (bread, cheese). but this is only a personal opinion.

The hotel room was clean and cozy, just as described. The breakfast offered good value for the money. Special thanks to the lady working there - she was extremely helpful! The location of the hotel is pretty far away from the city center.

The room was nice and clean. We loved that we were able to get breakfast Even though we did get notified before, we wished there was no construction work on the building.

Very nice house, vintage interiors, comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They responded fast via Whatsapp and the lady who came every morning helped us with any issue. The location was OK but considering the horrible public transport in Rome....

Price included breakfast The outside appearance of the apartment complex was very rough and we were shocked at its first appearance as it was covered in graffiti.

Good location, parking easy to find in front of the property, good room service like breakfast. We could hear all the noise from our neighbours waking up in the morning.

Air conditioned and near access to bus station and carrefour market, staff are nice and decent unlike the owner No check ins later than 10pm and the owner was very strict

Great location!

The girls who prepared breakfast were very polite. The announcement did not mention that the facade was being repaired in the house and the workers began to work (knocking, sawing, rattling) from 7 in the morning. About the renovation of the facade: I booked a room on May 2 and only on May 12 I received a message about the repair of the facade. The message indicated that workers start working at 8.00, but in fact, an hour earlier. To my surprise and a request to compensate for the damage to my peace of mind, they simply ignored me and do not respond to messages. Also the tv remote does not work properly, the tiled floor is just icy and dusty, especially the dust under the bed. And the most interesting thing is that you need to try hard to close the door to the bathroom. Just money down the drain for such conditions.

Superb

We loved the comfortable beds, the AC, the balcony, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness and the host was so accommodating and kind given our crazy schedule. We loved it! The shower was super small, but overall it’s a small thing for the excellent experience we had!
