The accommodation was perfect. Breakfasts were provided by coffee bar nearby. And it was delicious. It's quiet accommodation, but the area outside was quite dirty. The good thing is, that the bus stop is close.

The bed is very comfy and the area is nice. The room is only as quiet as your neighbours as walls are paper thin. The room was clean enough when we arrived but not to other BnB standards of similar price, also the tea/coffee and toiletries were not replaced before our arrival. Staff replaced them quickly after we complained. There are no hooks for jackets, the wardrobe is big but not very useful as the rails are either too low to hang a dress and the other too high to actually reach. In the bathroom there are not enough hooks for the towels and the one that should be beside the basin is actually closer to the toilet than the toilet paper and also very low to reach. There were glasses instead of cups for your tea, which is not great. It also didn't look like the glasses were washed properly. To sum up, the place lacks attention to details but does the job.

Couldn’t get my phone to work so needed assistance to gain access from locals as owner had to be called to arrange entrance. Did not know this before arrival I had to buy a mug as the glass provided wasn’t suitable for hot drinks

The apartment was clean, the neughborhood is residential, well connected. Nice coffee with pastry in the nearby cafe. Some towels were taken for washing, but weren’t replaced with new ones.

The communication is smooth with the owner via Whatsapp. They let me check in at late hour which i really appreciate it. The room was so clean more than my expectations with the fully equipment. Check out was easy. Paola was agressive while talking, even rude at check in which is extremely unprofessional to a customer. The breakfast is a joke which is consisting of a single bakery product and cappuccino. You can't call it a breakfast. You can hear every little noise through the walls. It definetely needs a better sound proofing. The toilet was so close to the sink so you can barely sit on it. It's far from the center.

Well connected to the city with a bus station just accross the street, you can buy bus tickets from any tabacheria or news paper store, tasty breakfast served on one of the bars(cappucino and pastry of your choice). Overall tidy and confortable. Very thin walls, you can hear the people next door talking, the tv, the water running , the flush of the toilet, the air con, everything. Woke up several time during the night because of this because it is loud. Also the bathroom could be improved as you can see the rust and tiles mouldy in big areas.

Fantastic room, clean and comfortable. Location was great, lovely little community feel to the area. Hosts were excellent and very knowledgeable Cleaning ladies came every morning and they were good too. Breakfast was at local cafe 2 minutes walk away and again they were friendly with the best pastries. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rome. -

Comfy bed and air conditioner, which is so needed in Italy in summer :) In general, ok place when you don't plan to spend all the time in the flat. Nice breakfast to start the day - coffee and fresh croissant in nearby café. Not very friendly host, the host gave us the feeling like we annoyed her with each question. There was a basement smell, maybe the apartment has not been ventilated for a long time, or maybe it is because of -1 floor (like a basement). Very poor Wi-Fi. Big problem with parking in the area.
