The mattress was very very firm 4’’ pad & was originally only given 1 set of towels for a 4 night stay

The host was very nice, and the accommodation was in a good location. The room could have been cleaner; there were visible signs of dust, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Additionally, there was an extra fee for check-in if you arrived after 7:30 PM.

Stefano was very friendly, he gave us such a good recommendations. The location is perfect, near to bus and metro lines, and the colosseum is 20mins walking. The apartment is very cosy, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is private and clean. The kitchen is shared, we didnt cook, so I cant talk about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and 100 % recommend it.

The room was clean, and the balcony was nice for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Just downstairs to the right is a small shop that sells you the "essentials" until 11 pm. Most importantly, Booking.com and this owner should streamline and update the arrangements in the description! They tried to charge extra for the taxi transfer: you have to pay after 10 p.m., but we arrived a few minutes before. Although Booking.com mentioned a noon checkout time, they insisted that the checkout time was 10 a.m. - it was just the nice housekeeping guy who allowed us to stay a bit longer. Despite the price, it is still 20-40 walking minutes to the inner city.

the room had everything you need for a 2-day stay and the bed was comfortable. the daily stay was shared with the other rooms, the location was far from touristic places, for every visit we had to take the bus. Besides these everything else was good.

We really liked it! A great apartment with a shared kitchen that was really clean, cozy and comfortable. The apartment is located near the city center. Stefano is a great host, very polite. Always in touch. I recommend!

Great communication with the host, who we met on arrival. He was very helpful with local information and super welcoming. Place was really well located to public transport, clean and comfortable. The bed was quite low which might be an issue for some people. Mattress protector was a bit uncomfortable.
