Beautiful, quiet location with great transportation options. The room was clean and spacious. We liked the communication with the host; she was incredibly friendly and responsive, and she gave us a map with local recommendations, which was a great touch. Great value overall! Everything was great.

The location was great! It is really close to all stations (bus, metro). Also, you have options for breakfast, lunch/dinner next to the property. The building where this property is located is beautiful. The hostess is friendly and gave as some suggestions to visit during our vacation. The rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear the conversations from the next room. Also, towels and sheets were not changed during our 4-day stay.

Very close to San Giovanni di Laterano, the subway and buses. I feel very safe in the place. Nicely decorated room. Also, Andrea, the host gave a lot of information about the places to visit, the restaurants in the vicinity. N/a

The property is located in a tenement house and has the form of several separate rooms with a common space (kitchen). You can get to the top by elevator. The property is in a good location - close to the San Giovanni metro station, which is useful in Rome. You can hear other tenants through the door, so it's a good idea to have earplugs.

Perfect location. Friendly host and clean room. It was a perfect stay and the property is just a few meters away from San Giovanni underground station. Valentina was really helpful and welcoming.

Very good location (50m to metro line A and bus station), newly furnished room with adequate size. Excellent bed, which is quite rare this days and last but don't least...The great host - excellent tips on must-see things in Rome & big help in arranging transportation.

Great location, very clean, very friendly host. This is a Booking.com problem: they did NOT include all the city taxes, which went up again, so I had to pay an extra $90 or so. About the property, I would say the beds are not comfortable, but that is the norm in the city.
