Cleans and nice beds and room, water and snacks readily available. The shower was not hot

The staff was communicative during the check in process and assisted me with gaining entry into the place. The breakfast was nice. There was no air conditioning during peak summer heat conditions. They also did not warn me that it was cash payment only so I had to run over to the ATM during my trip.

The host was by far the highlight of the stay. Excellent, lovely, always available, friendly, and ready to help. They easily make you forget things that might not be going smoothly. The location is also absolutely perfect for moving around the city (both walking and public transport), while being both very central but also not in the middle of the tourist chaos. Breakfast, although limited, was always there and lovely to have. Every day we'd also get a surprise set of new fresh pastries. The kitchen was also free to use by everyone all day for anything Our child finally had a great stay (he especially enjoyed the host and breakfast). Unfortunately with a centralized boiler system for the whole facility, it's impossible to not run into issues with hot water. It always took quite a long while to get hot water running, and it was low-pressure (but nothing unusable). If you're in a rush to wash, forget it Being close to the hospital also means: quite noisy pretty much all day every day (not as bad at night). Not much noise from people though, which is welcome and not as usual in central Rome

The only heating source present is an air conditioner, which is not enough for the big room and 0 degrees in the night. The bathroom has no heat at all. There was a smell on the first day of apartment stay.

Monia the host was amazing! Very friendly and responsive. She made sure everything met my expectations to maximize the comfort. Very clean place 3 stops away from Termini.

. Very clean, comfortable bed. Good sized room. Location good for Metro A and C Quiet street just off main road. Pleasant lady brought bread each morning Secure- keys for street door, flat door and room. Emanuela ( contacted by phone) arranged taxi for us and checked with us that it had arrived. No one to receive us. Luckily some one let us in the street door and then phoned contact (Emanuela) who seemed to think her brother should be there. However she gave us entry codes and where to find room key. Minimal breakfast- some bread, jam that was it pretty much. Some ham and cheese slices in fridge but not put out or indicated- same slices there for all our stay.

The breakfast is not very diverse, but compared to similar B&Bs from Italy, it is good and tasty.

Old building but the unit is clean and orderly. There was no slipper available.

Near to the train station, very clean and attentive staff. Very kind of the owners to allow us to leave our things after check out. Can be noisy due to the cars as this is near the road but you can use ear plugs.

Convenient location, next to metro however only 30 minutes walking distance from colosseum/ other locations. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with late check-in and great to have a balcony as that appears to be quite a limited feature in city centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby (bear in mind to book these in advance). Highly recommend! Can be a noisy area so worth keeping that in mind if really light sleeper however this is not the fault of the B&B and is still worth the value.

Excellent location next to the metro for easy access to all attractions. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Daily Italian breakfast was a real sweet treat. Special thanks to Alessandro for welcoming us after our delayed arrival and to Monia for the friendly atmosphere and coffee every morning. I felt at home and I highly recommend a stay here. Nothing, I wish I could have stayed longer!
