It was the worst stay since I was a student. I really don't understand the rating of the place. May be if you are choosing between a hostel and this place, it's a really good option. But if you choosing between a 3 star hotel and this place, a hotel will be definitely much better. I was traveling with my child and we got room number 4. May be other rooms are better, i don't know. First of all, its an apartment which is leased by rooms. Initially the place is not intended to be a hotel, hostel or whatsoever. The owner or the receptionist sleeps there as well. The external bathroom means that you have to go out of your room to the common corridor and go to the bathroom a few steps. The room itself is very gloomy, there's just one ceiling lamp with very dim and cold light. There is no additional light at all. There's no fan in the room and the air-conditioning has extra cost. The room has a balcony, but as there's no air draft, it doesn't really help. Most probably in summer you will have to use air-conditioning and pay extra. No sockets near the bed, just a couple around the room. The toilet is very spacious but they installed the smallest shower cabin. It was really inconvenient to use it, though i am a normal size. The shower head sprays in all directions and the water temperature changes from ice cold to boiling water. Of course no shelf or anything extra to make your experience more comfortable. They ask to pay the city tax in cash. So make sure to bring cash with you, it's 6 euro per person per night. There's no ATM close by. Overall this place hints that you did pay right enough to suffer.

Near the metro. Good reception. Comfortable size. Bathroom is very small and had some plumbing issues.

The host lady is very kind, she offered to leave our luggage after we checked out. The bed could be more comfortable.

These are accommodations that are basic--clean room with a door that locks. Anything extra like air conditioning costs money. I would recommend this place if you are visiting for a few nights and just want a safe place to lay your head at night.

The lady is friendly. The room is correct, you have hot water for tea or coffee. It’s a building so we heard all the water coming down in the pipes, even with earplugs, it’s loud, and it goes even at night. The water in the shower, even if it’s not used, can be cold one day and hotter the day after. The tax is very expensive. Usually it is around 3€ per night per person, we paid 6€ per night per person. After verification, it’s the tax of a four star hotel, in Rome, which is not the case. The room is a 30 minutes walk of the Colosseo.

Great location, right next to the subway, a pharmacy, a coffee shop. The room had good space and a beautiful balcony with a great view. We only came to sleep, so location was the most important to us. The room included a little fridge but it wasn't working. The furniture was a little old and the room smelled weird when we first arrived so we had to ventilate.

Location is great! 15min walking from colosseum, metro station with 2 lines near, markets and cafes around the corner. Lady was very helpful, she explained us where is the nearest market, good pizza. We asked for a room with balcony and a fridge and we got it. Recommended!
