Everything was great. Walking distance to metro and old city, great location, beautiful room. We were upgraded to a suite due to some issues with the other one, and it was a good one! Thanks for a great and enjoyable experience!

Great location, very clean, had everything we needed. The owners were exceptionally helpful, booking us good value airport transfers and even changing a double bed for two singles for our teenage twins.

The only downside was drunk neigbour who woke us up at 2 am and would not stop yelling in Italian till almost 4 am when the police car showed up. He scared the hell out of us, we thought there was some fight going on...Otherwise, place was pretty great.

The location is very convenient, very close to the metro San Giovanni. Everything was normal and acceptable to me.

+ very good lacation, few minutes from San Giovanni metro station + spacious room, comfortable bed + very kind host + they managed airport transfer for me - very simple breakfast, only sweet, but it is typical for Italy, so it is OK for a few days

Breakfast was very bad and the leftover is served on the next day , only bread, cake, marmalade, and cheese, and yogurt. Internet is disconnecting many times.

Cleanliness, equipment of the room and kitchen. Every morning the owner prepared breakfast. An excellent place for a family with children. i don't know

The staff was easy to reach. I thought it was hotel while booking, but it was shared flat with 5 rooms. It was clean, there were tea and coffee options. Breakfast includes pastries (bread, cake, cookies), yogurt, cheese and homemade jams. The shared area has one table, 2 families cannot have breakfast at the same time. Far from Trevi and generally centrum, since metro closes at 21pm, it is a problem for people whose first time in Rome.

Exceptional

Was just looking for a cheap place to sleep for couple of nights while visiting Rome..what a place it turned out to be..located within half an hour walk of Colosseum with plenty of surrounding places to eat and drink..room itself was modern contemporary..plenty of space with double comfortable bed..walk in shower and the best thing was a jacuzzi in the room..also HD TV and WiFi..hosts were easy to communicate with and very pleasant people..breakfast was included and laid out to self serve..well worth the money paid. Nothing at all.

The accommodation was great. We had breakfast in the shared kitchen, which was modest, but absolutely sufficient. The owners are nice and very helpful. The accommodation is in an excellent location. About 50 meters from the San Giovanni metro station and about 400 meters from the Basilica di San Giovanni. From there it's only a short walk to the colossus, approx. 10-15 minutes. So, the metro is not necessary at all. Best of all, excellent gelato is just around the corner from the accommodation.

This is located near the metro station and it's convenient for travel. There is no noise insulation and you can hear even the smallest of the noises from outside. Not many options for breakfast.
