We really like the location of the place, it is secure and clean, also it has a nice air conditioning equipment. Even it advertised daily breakfast, it is very poor (croissant and a hot beverage in a coffee place three blocks away, without a possibility to buy a more consistent breakfast) the window in the room lacks of thick curtains or blinds and because of that as soon as the sun rises, the room got lighter by 5am. ending your sleep; the bed was bad, it has two single mattresses placed together which moved and get separated in the middle of the night with a regular toss and turn; the LED lights on the ceiling are a nice touch, but it is not appropriate for a good sleeping; you couldn’t turn them off without turning off the A/C. Also there was a lack of simple touches like free coffee or water.

Lovely bed and spacious room. Great location Shower was a bit cramp and would recommend that a bottles of water are in the fridge on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome, especially traveling with a baby. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. One thing we really appreciated was the easy stroller access into the building, which made everything much easier for us. The host was kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. He also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which meant a lot and made our last day much more comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, and nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, especially families with children.

Firstly, the owners, Valentina and Raphaele, were unbelievably kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, they were always available to help and even provide recommendations. We were given daily vouchers at Caffeteria Doria for the seven mornings, where we enjoyed a sweet roll with cappuccino every day, delicious! The location was ideal and five minutes from the metro station. Very accessible to everything. Our only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. Not a single thing, loved it all.

The locations is excellent, within walking distance to metro line and Vatican city. Room is big enough for 2 or even 3 travelers. Air-conditioning works well. The host is really friendly and helpful. Nothing really.

The location was exceptional; the Vatican was a walking distance away and I visited it frequently and a leisure. All modes of transport were accessible We had a problem with the bathroom; shower door was loose and kept falling off the rail. The drain of the basin was blocked and thought the cleaning ladies will report it to be fixed. Pastry and coffee not suitable as a breakfast; at least cereals or porridge

Kindest host ever! We showed up and she walked us through everything to do on our stay, where to eat & how to get everywhere. Room was cleaned every day, facilities were very nice.

Host was very accommodating and arranged an early check in. Location was quiet and felt safe. Spent 4 nights and 5 days there and didn’t get a change of sheets or towels. On the fourth day, after the third night, nobody even entered the room to make the bed or clean, had to go to the shop to buy items that should have been replenished. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast is a paper voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a nearby cafe; however, there is tea and coffee in the room, and if you aren’t able to tolerate a croissant or simply don’t like them then there really is no breakfast included.
