Great location for visiting Vatican. Allowed to store luggage after check out which was a nice bonus.

The location and proximity to Vatican The main downside was the bedding. The sheets looked worn, didn’t fit properly, and didn’t seem professionally cleaned. The pillows were old and had an unpleasant smell, and the towels were low quality. If proper laundering isn’t possible in-house, a professional linen service would be a better solution. The bathroom was decent overall, but could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

The breakfast place was hard to find. If you didn’t look closely you did know it was the place. The card to use for the breakfast was not clear of the name of the store It was hard to communicate with the person in charge. The first call the hung up. Understand that we were early. Just wanted to find if we could drop off our suitcases. When we went back at the check in time no one answered the phone. Our DIL had to call the third time, after calling the number and getting no response. Once we got in, Lucas was helpful. Was given no instruction on checking out.

It was difficult to contact anyone in charge

Excellent location close to Vatican museums. Breakfast good, but offsite, a couple blocks away.

I love the location close to Vatican love the staff forgot to ask his name ,he let us stay although we're too early while the check in was supposed to be 3pm,and the guy who cleaned our room is very nice ,he cleaned right away to let us in ,in our room

The only hotel in Italy where the AC works. Breakfast included was really appreciated. Staff let me keep my luggage at the location much before the check in time even though the previous guests had not vacated and I very much appreciate the gesture Bathroom can use a slight makeover

Close to Vatican City and restaurants. Limited breakfast probably not worth the extra expense. Lift to our 4th floor accommodations was unreliable.

Location was great, especially if you want to visit Vatican. The host was very attentive to my questions, and a breakfast menu from a nearby cafe was a plus. Even though we had free breakfast vouchers, two days we decided to have breakfast at the farmers market which is just next door to the property. Almost none

Positives - very good location, great communication with the owner. Negatives - the room is crying for an upgrade. Single bed is sqeeking, the chairs aren't safe to sit, bathroom sink is not draining water also few extra bits would make the stay much more comfortable like more charging points, tooth brush holder, there is nowhere to hang clothes even though there is a huge wardrobe and few hangers there is no rail where to hang. High extra hidden taxes you need to pay per night per person!
-
Many places around to eat, welcoming host, possibility to have tea ir coffee at place. Breakfest offer was also good - coffee, juice and croisant in the local bakery. Apartment is close to Vatican. The door of bathroom didn’t close properly and the shower handle was damaged, water temperature was also inconsistante.

Comfortable room with large private bathroom, 4th floor of an historical building. All very clean and new; breakfast (cappuccio and fresh croissant) served at a nearby cafe'. The manager welcome us personally for the check-in. 5 mins walk from Ottaviano metro stop. Nothing. The room can be a bit noisy in the morning as it overlooks a street with lot of traffic, but with the windows closed its perfectly fine.

location- 5-10 min walk to vatican/st. Peters, close to metro station, many restos, 2 markets nearby, we walked to piazza navona in 20 min. Metro easy to use, safe area. luca very nice, responds promptly, ac worked well, noisy but we got used to it. Room was spacious, fridge in room, coffee/tea/microwave/cutlery and plates available. Lift was tiny, could fit 3 ppl max, we used stairs a lot. Bfst vouchers included in a nearby Cafe, hot bvg/juice and delicious pastry of choice- perfect Italian bfst. safe was complicated to use, Shower sometimes ran out of hot water. You are given only one set of towels to use for entirety of stay which for us was 5 days
