Staff, facilities, collaboration and location

The room was stuffy and dusty, there was no air-conditioning (although she did give us a good fan) and unfortunately very loud at night, but that comes with the good location. I thought that the room could have been kept and prepared better before our arrival.

The hotel is very well located, at a short walking distance from Vatican City. The staff (Victoria and Valenti) were very friendly and attentive at our requests. The room, sheets and towels were very clean. The breakfast was excellent, as shown in attached picture. There are many restaurants and shops around. I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. Nothing.

A shared bathroom/shower and no air conditioning, and only local tv option (although at night with the fan it was comfortable). Our bed was broke on the one side which cause some comfort issues.

Breakfast was great, although one morning one of our pastries was mouldy. Breakfast was always a large meal, and more than we could finish. The location was very close to the Vatican City, and a short walk to a metro station (which is how I'd recommend arriving at this Bnb from Termini). The staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean and great location! There seemed to have been confusion on our first night and we were put in a room which we were asked to move out of the following morning, and were not allowed in the room we actually booked until after check-in time. As I've mentioned, one morning our pastries were mouldy. The shared washroom was small and the shower leaked.

Viktoriya is gorgeous and helped us with everything, and Vuya is so nice and caring too. We have got a lot more then we expected. Room and servises are nice and cozy, and the location is great! nothing

Friendly people. Breakfast was good with coffee, juice and water! the matras of the big bed was a bit too soft for me

The host vas very nice and helpful, she also prepared us a really good breakfast which included sandwiches, , pastries and coffee. The place was very clean and the location really good, I would 100% recomand.

Nothing Super rude staff, shower water was either too cold or too hot, super small shower enclosure, poor lighting, no a/c or heat.

The staff were so kind and cheerful. Each morning, we had a large breakfast brought to our room. Rome is expensive, but this property was a good value.

All was wonderfully clean and WE realy appreciate to be upgrated with a room with full accomodment (no shared bath) She gave us a cute and delightfull breakfest on Time and we also appreciate let our lugages for fews hours allowing us to visit a little bit more roma Grazie mille

The staff was very kind and available all time, the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and good and the location was good too

The location wasn’t terrible To start, the shared bathroom was very poor. The toilet is unable to flush properly and the hot water is unreliable. This was extended when after I had a shower, the staff knocked on my door and rudely had a go at me for having to long a shower and leaving water on the ground, despite the fact they provide nothing to clean the ground with. To my surprise after I acknowledged what she said she did not allow me to close the door and kept rudely addressing me. Keep in mind my partner was getting dressed at the time. The lack of AC makes it not very comfortable, and housekeeping always moved my things around, something I didn’t appreciate. The male staff member was nice however.

The room was good, and also the coffee. It was the worst experience I ever had in hotels, hostels, albergues and airbnbs. This mostly because the woman who works there is very rude. We tried to contact them to tell we would arrive late, they didn’t replied but since it says it has a 24h reception we were ok about that. But then when we arrived nobody was there to open. After some time the women opened to us, and she was very rude and disrespectful. She said we should had messaged about arriving late, what we actually did but got no answer. After showing that we had send her a message, she complained that we had sent this message a few hours ago, but we had sent it 3 days ago. And we only wanted to go to sleep but she could not stop complaining. Next day I was in the shower, and the floor was wet after that cause there was nothing to clean it. She knocked on our door many times, I was dressing, and I opened wrapped in towel, she complained about the floor and I said her I was sorry and I could clean it if she gave my something to do it, but that I was dressing in that moment and asked her to close the door. I could not believe but she didn’t let me close my room door when I was dressing. Completely disrespectful. There is no privacy at all, run away from this place.

beautiful place to stay near Vatican. metro is close to apartment. very clean inside with friendly host. stayed there for 5 days, cleaning is regular. highly recommend. nothing
