Location! Nearby food. The elevator is quirky but once we figured it out it was fine.

It was small, but was sufficient for my needs for my one night stay. Quite small.

The location is very convenient, nearby tourist spot accessible busses and metro. Sometimes the lift is not working well

Was walking distance to mostly everything you need and was clean It wasn’t really kid friendly. Our stroller barely fit in the door and it was foldable. There was a mini fridge in the room but didn’t work, however there was a communal fridge. Said limited free parking that was not the case at all and to ask questions about it was very unclear.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and shown our room . The room was spacious with lots of storage and an updated bathroom. An added bonus was a separate tea room where you could make a cup of tea (assorted teas were provided by the host.) as well as access to a fridge! Location is excellent, 10 min. Walk to the Vatican, shopping and large grocery store as well as a variety of good restaurants!! If you have limited mobility the elevator only begins after walking up 10 steps.

The location was perfect to see the Vatican Museums. I could not read the hand written note left in the room. Room literature said we were in a WiFi free zone, but when I tried to connect, I needed a password. I asked Mariella and first she gave me an incomplete password with a partial WiFi address then her response was a bunch of emojis instead of the information I asked for. Disrespectful!!!

No issues - great place to stay.

Hostess was very nice and explained things well to us . Really appreciated the free luggage storage. Elevator was a bit small — we had small suitcases but could be an issue for larger people or luggage.

Good location and price near the Vatican, supermarket is just 2 buildings away. Many restaurant options nearby. It was a bit confusing when we were about to check in. The room we're supposed to stay was on the opposite site from what was written St. Peter's Inn on the door. There was another couple stranded by the front door for several hours and got no luck to contact the reception since the code to enter did not work. Luckily there was a guy who came out of the same unit with our room and let us in. It was also problem with opening another door so we need to always fold the stroller before coming in. Some parts of the wall list are falling off together with the nail so I felt like it was not very safe for small children to run around.

Very confortable and very good location. Staff is very gentle.

It’s very close to the main entrance’s of the Vatican! And everything is close to travel around the city. I just love the location! The check in was very annoying! Because is not a hotel it’s really important to coordinate with the manager to have proper access and guide you through the process of getting in to the property and your own room.

Location to Vatican Elevator… need to climb up a few steps of stairs (around 5-8) so a bit problematic if you have a heavy luggage and travelling alone.

The location of this Inn is within walking distance of Vatican City and ideal for tourists visiting. The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The bathroom was clean and in working order. The common area is known as the tea room where you can have tea and cookies. It also has a shared refrigerator to keep any food you may have during your journey. Breakfast is provided by a cafe about a block away which is decent. Our experience getting into the building for the first time was difficult because the keypad serves 3 different parts of the building. Be sure to study the instructions in advance. The instructions to access the room were also difficult due to translation. The rooms are across from St. Peters Inn with the entrance under a different name. The instructions made sense after some access struggles. Also, bring cash to pay the city tax for the room.

No proper reception, the owner spoke only decent English, the breakfast is only one coffee/tea + one cake piece

I am not a complainer and usually very low key. I experienced so much stress that I am leaving a review. 1. Poor communication and strenuous check in. I sat on the stairs for a long time waiting on what to do. The check in was AWEFUL. 3 customers tried to help me. They called and no answer. I called no answer. Sent a text message no answer. Finally a kind lady used her exchange with them ton play customer service. Meanwhile in was tired, exhausted. When I finally got in their main concern was to collect the money for the city tax. They did not apologize and kept leaving messages and note (on a torn piece of paper) requesting great review. 2. Left my door unlocked. They made my room and left my door unlocked. This is not ACCEPTABLE. 3. I could not find a glass in the kitchen. No paper towels in the kitchen. 4. The AC did not work. 5. Using a torn piece of paper is DISRESPECTFUL. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. The check in process. They should be clear everything is virtual. They should ensure that the customer receives the check in. They should have a back up. For example answer the phone when we call. It was very stressful.

Great location. Close to Vatican. A hard time following directions to open door to apartment but staff tried to assist.
-
The location as it is near to everything. Noise early morning from 7am from the owner while talking to other guest checking them in. Everyday someone is trying to open our door. Bathroom was not cleaned properly before us as we found long black hair on walls. Breakfast (you mentioned breakfast is included however it is one coffee & one croissant or cake which you can buy from any cafe costs not more than 5 euro. So we had to buy extra breakfast each day separately. We didn’t know that there is coffee machine and washing machine until we asked at the last day and we found it in another apartment facing our apartment.

Best Location for Vatican State and 5 minutes to Ottaviano Metro
