Comfortable well appointed room with modern bath and ice cold air conditioning. Room has a kitchenette with a double window which opens to overlook a courtyard. Claudia was extremely helpful with self check-in and recommendations for local restaurants. The Cafe Mozart, located just outside the hotel front entrance, serves a great Roman breakfast of brioche, orange juice, and cappuccino (free for guests). Vatican City, Metro Ottaviano, great shops and restaurants, are all easy walks away. Wonderful location. Thank you Claudia for all your correspondence and hospitality and checking on my wellbeing! Good location for Vatican Nothing

Location was amazing. Room was very clean, bathroom was excellent - good towels, bidet and great shower. AC was terribly noisy. Mini fridge was empty - arriving at night it would’ve been nice to find a couple of bottles of water in there. Breakfast at the cafe next door was extremely basic - a bit of an upgrade wouldn’t cost much and would better match the nice room and great neighborhood, edpecially given the price of the room.

There was no where to hang towels other than over the open toilet. No washcloths provided. no dresser to store clothes.

Claudia - our host , is very kind and extremely thoughtful person. The location is great, room is clean . We are very satisfied and will definitely choose this location for our next stays . All was perfect!!

ok. it would be helpful to have some information in the room such as emergency phone numbers, favourite restaurants, mini market and near by places of interest , check out time etc, as we had seen in others places we had stayed.

The owner was amazing!!! She was so quick to respond, and had great recommendations. Definitely book again! There was a little miscommunication about the room being ready, but the owner was very responsive.

Proximity to St Peter Basilica & Sistine Chapel, clean, spacious and minimalist room. Claudia provided an excellent customer service - gave useful information before, during and after checking in. I was able to leave my luggage after I checked out so I could go to my Holy Doors Tour. Everything is perfect! Thank you!
