The location was great. Felt like a very safe neighbourhood, close to a lot of different restaurants and shops - not too crowded. Owner was great at communication.

The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Was in a perfect location with Vatican city being right on your doorstep and right next to the metro ! Breakfast was an added bonus.

Location is top! Walking distance to Vatican and plenty of nice shops, supermarkets, public transportation available. Breakfast was very average.

The location for us was perfect. Just a five minute walk from The Vatican. Very central.

The breakfast was really good First of all, the building's main door does not work properly, and you cannot open it from the outside (most of the time). One day, we arrived really late at night with the kids, and we had to wait 1 hour for someone to open up from inside. I do not think it should be really difficult to fix the keys and the door. Other people were stuck outside as well. Secondly, I did not like that it is an apartment with 3 rooms and in-suite bathrooms, so it is a shared apartment where you have 1 room assigned. Thirdly, you literally open the door and are in the apartment kitchen, where the property administrator is preparing breakfast, standing there until you finish. They will also wait until you check out to assess the room. That was not really comfortable. The privacy feeling was a bit weird.

The staff were really welcoming. The coffee on the morning was the best start of the day. It was always clean. We enjoyed to have a fridge in the room. I would enjoy more fruits for breakfast.
