Very clean! Cleaning lady comes every day. Room has the perfect location, around the corner of Vatican City. Good airconditioning! Our key did not work from the inside. So when the main door was locked by other guests, we werent able to exit. We told the host but she did not come with a solution to help us.

Noting at all The service, the building had other apartments and this booking agent was no available to receive me she canceled my booking when I told her I needed to adjust my dates, I was standing outside of the bundling and had to book another hotel, don’t book with them

The location is a literal block away from Vatican City and very close to the subway. Getting around Rome was extremely easy from this location. Especially, if it's your first time in Rome and you're looking to see many of the common attractions. One of the days we were there, the hot water went out and we had to contact property management. The issue was eventually resolved the following morning and it was likely due to the extreme heat and people depleting hot water for showers. However, it was a bit inconvenient and made for some awkward conversations with the rest of the travel group.

Everything, helpful, prompt, close to Vatican city. We will be back for sure Nothing to don't like it

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The location was convenient, just one block away from the Vatican Museum and a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Will definetly consider for future stays.

Location was good, staff really accommodating and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Check in process really smooth and easy. Facilities need to be taken care of. AC was dripping inside the room. The outside lock wasn’t oiled.

Nice place with perfect location, close to Vatican Museums and St Peter's Square. Very clean and quiet. Cleaning and changing towels every day. The double bed was a little to soft for us, but this is a personal opinion.

The location and it was quite clean They have an automatic entry system so every time someone enter the hostel they need to ring and wakes you up, it’s unacceptable

The place is nice and clean, but there is no hot water for showering and some essential items for residents, such as a small refrigerator or cups for drinking water or tea. Clean and good location.
