Breakfast being provided was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were spacious. The building was quiet and very clean. The drink fridge was a nice touch but as Americans I wish it was colder. Being located off the tram line was perfect and there were some great places to eat within walking distance. There was no place to eat the breakfast that we received. Very little table space or sitting area. We didn't like that the AC was turned off while we were out - leaving the room very hot when we arrived back after a day of exploring (and it being a heat wave, we were very uncomfortable). The water pressure was not great and the toilet flush was a little broken.

I liked everything.

Great communication and overall value. We had a little hiccup with the power, however, it was quickly fixed and no other issues.

The breakfast was plentiful. Hot toast, yogurt, juice and croissant,Even though it is on a busy street the apartment is very quiet. No tp in the room upon arrival but I just went to the hall closet and grabbed some.

very unique and stylish room with good TV and good channels. Neighborhood has a lot of convenience. The property was great just the neighborhoods a little beat up and not as friendly as some other parts of town, but I can understand

Our room was decorated professionally as a scene from a painting. It was like we were in the middle of the painting. Staff helped us get orientated to where we catch the #8 tram to get to the Forum. In addition, directly across the street was Giuffre' Forno & Gelato Trastevere where you can get life altering pastry, (I'm serious). Some of the best in Europe. When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again. I cannot think of anything.

Very peaceful and quiet in spite of being located near busy streets and central location. Very unique- with lovely paintings in walls. Great instructions, warm reception and fantastic breakfast delivered to room.

The instructions were super clear, and our room was nice and clean. We didn't actually see any staff, but they were there when we needed them to fix the Wifi. Parking around there is a bit of a pain, but like in all big cities, you just gotta drive around and find a spot. We found one just 100m from the B&B. Nothing ?

Absolutely amazing hostess which helped with everything we need. All of our requests and questions were answered and they helped with our luggage. Location is ideal if you travel from Roma Trastevere. Great breakfast. It’s in old building. Rooms pretty small but manageable for short stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable Room a little outdated but clean.

It’s a bit challenging to access to the property from the front of the building, but once I got through the process and got familiar with it, everything was fine.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Helena went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for restaurants, shopping areas, and local transportation tips. The breakfast was delicious, and parking was easy with no issues at all. The hotel’s location was convenient to reach and set in a peaceful neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city center.

The property was clean and very safe . The hosts were excellent and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting me with several last-minute requests—like getting prints right before my flight on a rainy day and adjusting the cute breakfast package to fit my diet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is just a short walk from the tram station. I highly recommend staying here!
