Termini in Bed

The location was convenient, within walking distance of Termini Station. The Wi-Fi did not work in the bedroom, making it difficult to stay connected. The host entered the apartment in the morning without ringing the doorbell or giving any prior notice, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. The payment process was also very confusing. They refused to accept our credit card, required us to split the payment between PayPal and cash, and even charged us the PayPal transaction fee. Overall, the payment arrangements were unclear, stressful, and unprofessional.

Proximity to Roma Termini. Salvatore was a warm host. Check-in was challenging because the hosts were not there in person to welcome us. Sketchy neighhood. Credit card payment was not accepted. Cash or bank transfer only. Maria could have been more polite when she demanded payment. Unpleasant start of our stay.

The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is extremely close to Roma termini.

Salvatore was a nice guy and very friendly and helpful. Kitchen facilities were ok and breakfast adequate. Beds and linen need to be updated.

My son and I stayed here for a week. The location was excellent, minutes from the main train station so excellent access to all the tourist hotspots. It is a walk of about eight minutes to St Mary Major’s Basilica, the burial place of Pope Francis, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and the forum. Also, our host Salvatore was so friendly, kind and very helpful in giving great advice. We really enjoyed chatting with him. Great place to stay!

I appreciate the communication and the service of Maria and Antonio before and during our stay. Just a more or less 10-15 minute walk from Roma termini. Just the soundproofing of the room, can easily hear the noise from the road and passersby. Free breakfast is so-so, i think can still improve on that. Area seems shady at night.

The location was really good. It is very clean. The room was too cold, but we got additional blankets for the night, so it was ok. Breakfast was very poor.

Location near train station, shopping, and restaurants. Host, Salvatore, made coffee in the mornings and gave us some tips about Rome and Naples. Room was a bit cold but we had plenty of extra blankets. Mattress not great.

Everything was perfect, the place is very clean and beautiful, also very close to all the sights of Rome, Mr. Salvadori was very nice.

Excellent communication. The staff was very helpful. The B&B is in a great location, within walking distance of the Colosseum and other Roman monuments. The accommodation was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome
