The property was very close to the subway and main train station and had some nice restaurants in the near by . You also could walk 15’ by foot to the coloseum The bathroom was dirty .

Location was very good and near city center and it is very close to Termini station. The second apartment on the bottom floor that we got was excellent. First apartment that we got was in really bad shape, AC leaking and was not very clean. Second apartment that we managed to agree with the owner was better.

This apartment has been on the best price for the period of our holiday and in terms of its strategic location. It is not more than 5 mins away on foot from Termini station where you can catch a bus to and from both of the airports.The line A of the subway is there as well and you can reach so easy to all parts of the city.Our host has been so welcoming and hospitable and we managed to check-in a couple of hours early.He has been cleaning our room and the shared spaces of the apart so often. I will come back in Meltin's house again when visiting Rome next time.

The location is the best part. It is within five minutes of the main Termini train station. Phoneards, eateries, buses, airport transport, metro - everything is nearby.

It is a very old place. It needs major repair. the building and its elevator smells bad. Forget value for money, this place is not even close

The apartment is a few minute walk away from the bus and train station, so the location is perfect. The host is helpful and friendly. I found the bed really comfortable (but my sister didn't). The apartment is clean. Nothing, really. But be aware that there is no kitchen!

Location was close to termini and easy access to anywhere. The door wasn't closing goodly and it was kinda scary. We couldn't trust the safety and walking near the location wasn't comfy because of so mamy immigrant and homeless people. Amenities was old and not enough.
