The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The outside of the building and area were a little sketchy but we had no issues.

We were told when we arrived that we must turn off the air conditioner whenever we left the room. After doing so the first day and returning after dinner it took all night to cool the room down. This would have been fine if it was advertised anywhere in their policies and if it had been we would have elected to stay somewhere else instead. As a result it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep in the room.

It did not have Full Mirror which is very much needed

Very close location to the train station and understanding and cheerful staff. The power in the building randomly wasn’t working when we went to check out which was weird, and because the location is so close to the train the view isn’t spectacular but not much that can be done about that.

The location is a bit undesirable, especially at night.

I liked the private shower within my single room and the fact it is right across from the Roma Termini. I did not understand how the food and drink vending machine worked. I did not see a place to insert cash or card but I did not ask for help on that matter. Since the location is right next to the Roma Termini the tourist attractions are a little further away but still walkable.

Very simple but very clean with convenient location.

Close to the train and very clean. Very nice people. Surrounding area is unclean but that is not a reflection on this property.

Good location near the train station, meaning it’s a nice walk to most attractions. Staff were super friendly and let me leave my bag before check in and after check out before my train. Room is very cute!

Ideally situated directly across from the train station as well as the busses from the airport (except for the SIT bus who stops several blocks away). Also the first stop of the Hop On Hop Off bus. Large room by European standards. Clean and comfortable. Staff were just tremendous Lower entry has about a dozen stairs to climb. A bit tough with luggage to carry up the stairs. Nothing else negative

Central location with easy access to the metro system. Lots of food options around and very easy to get to historic sites on foot. Staff was welcoming and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rossi and felt welcomed from the very first moment. The staff was always kind, professional, and extremely helpful, making our trip to Rome even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Pamela, whose hospitality and warm attitude truly made the difference. She was always smiling, caring, and ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their guests.

Good location and nice staff. Very close to the central station. The facilities are ok and this is a good budget choice

Location was very close to the main station, so it was not pain even though with so many luggages. The entrance of the Hotel was third floor with several unavoidable steps. It could be very hard for a big luggage carrier to concur.

Pamela was especially warm and welcoming at the reception. She deserves a bonus herself! As everyone knows, the neighborhood is terrible ... people were hanging out on the stoop of the building, smoking weed. Not aggressive, but many guests would find that off-putting.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly people. Location is unbeatable and only 3 minutes away from the train station. Definitely would stay here again. Recommend
