A welcome hamper was a nice touch on arrival. The WiFi was fast and reliable, great for uploading photos and general use. The biggest advantage is the location for the price — just a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini. There’s also a coffee pod machine available in the lobby area. Communication with the owner regarding access was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. Negatives: There’s no bin in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. The shower head needs replacing due to poor water pressure. Bedside lighting would improve the room, as it’s currently either the main light or the TV light. The window shutters don’t fully close, so privacy can be an issue. Although advertised with air conditioning, it appeared to be boarded up. There are also some holes in the bathroom ceiling, so minor repairs are needed.

It was little bit difficult for me to get us enter hotel because we are not used stay kind of hotel which doesn’t have reception desk in hotel but one hotel person instructed me in English very kindly and we could enter!

Great location. Good size room with access to a kitchen. I was able to check in early and leave my bag after check out to collect later. Host was not good at communicating. They did not answer any of my emails until the day that I checked in. I almost cancelled the booking as I had not heard back from them. I had two single beds in my room. One had springs poking out, and the other one had squeeky springs so I did not have the best night sleep.

The girl who received us and gave us keys was very educated, helpful and kind. We were early but she still welcomed us. The cleanliness of the place was excellent and praiseworthy. Location close to station Check in procedure had really poor communication and took ages to get the code for the door. The sink smelt of terrible of bad drains. TV channels poor, breakfast selection not great, but acceptable.

The location was excellent, and the room was cleaned every day. However, the mattress was way too soft and it gave me back pain.
