Not the nicest area, beds were not the most comfortable, could hear people talking and making noise in the lobby/general area often

The lady was nice and explained things well even though we didn't speak the same language. The beds were so hard, they hurt anything touching it, causing us to change positions many times in the night. The shower also looked as if there was mold so we decided to skip showering that night. There was a shared kitchen with cups and plates. However, the cups were chipped. There was free water but the bottles seals were broken as if they were refilled. The location was good though. We did think it was weird that when we checked in that hostess led us around the corner to another side of the building to our room. I wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment is very conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from Termini station, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The host was accommodating and provided room service, with towels replaced and the room cleaned every two days. The check-in was difficult, as no one met us at the building and the apartment number was hard to find. Communication was challenging since the host does not speak English. The bathroom was not very clean — the shower was small (about 2x2 feet) and had mold, making it uncomfortable to use. In addition, we experienced one night without hot water and another night without extra blankets, which made it hard to rest until the issues were resolved the next day.

Location. Just a few minutes walks to Roma Termini and bus stops #71 is just right there. The host doesn’t speak English and she was a bit uneasy to the guests (maybe because of language barrier) when we asked questions about the properties.

Best location just near the central station. The room was big and clean with complete basic amenities. Very good wifi connection. Goof value for money. Over all stay was great.

The best was the closeness to the Roma termini where we were able to catch the bus to the airport. The bathroom needs some upgrade and the mattresses were very hard. No breakfast but a little kitchen area.

The description and the review matches perfectly with the stay. One of the reasons why we booked this one and not others was because of the check-in and how it was described and it is exactly what it is said, a little strange but we didn’t had issues and we understood perfectly with the help of google translator. There is coffee, candy and water to drink in the fridge, the room was great and they cleaned it every day. The WiFi was FAST but in the room we were we didn’t had good coverage in the bed, so we used it mostly in the living room, like 2-3 meters away. The apartment is in a 5th floor, and the elevator that takes you there looks old but works fine. The area nearby is ok, but after 11PM avoid going to termini if you don’t have to, just stay in the subway for 1 more stop and walk in the other direction which we found better to be at night

We appreciated that the kitchen had a coffee machine. The apartment is located close to Termini Station. The room is suitable for those planning to stay just a few hours or less than a day, like we did. We were very disappointed with the staff, who treated guests as if they were animals. The room was extremely cold because the host turned off the heating as soon as we checked in. The kitchen had very little tableware, and what was available was mismatched. The fridge was half full of bottles of tap water, for some reason. Why? The bathroom extractor fan directs all the smells straight into the bedroom. Brilliant! (That’s sarcasm)

the elevator was antique and very beautiful also the house was clean and the owner was polite. A perfect location.

Location is really good, nearby Temini metro/train station. About 15mins walk to Colosseum. The owner took me to another apartment just behind which is fine. The bathing area is very small. Need to take bath carefully inside the cubicle.

almost I liked everything except neighborhood.the staff was very polite and understandable. although she didn't knoe English she used translate program to make us understand there was Indian restaurant nearby. and the smell was bad and also it was very noisy . unfortunately we couldn't keep the windows open.
