AC is not working

its three blocks from train station a lil hard to find but everything is hard to find in europe dont walk the streets lost at 130 am not safe but during day its very safe .she was very sweet and understanding and got up and went 5 floors down at 3:oo am and let us in she really tries very hard to make it a nice stay for you the room was very clean and large we would stay there again if i were to ever go back to europe she was one of the very very few pleasant people we met while in 8 countries in all of europe europe hated 93 % 0f it

It was within walking distance to Roma Termini This not a hotel. This is a room in a house.

The ladies are super nice and attentive, i feel like the pictures are not 100% accurate but it is not far from reality either

The staff did not speak a word of english, the place smelled really bad. on the website, it said parking available nearby 15 euros per day, when I asked they had no idea where parking was and told me to go find it myself and I ended up having to pay more for it. The main reason I booked this place was because of the parking price.

The place is near Termini station, which us a great location, close to shuttle busses, trains and public transport. The host was nice. Even though the room was very basic, there was tea and coffee in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The trash was taken out daily. The towels and the bedding was also clean. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. The area doesn't seem all that safe, but we didn't have any problems, it was quiet during the night. The picture on Booking doesn't really match the property, as I was walked to another apartment.

The room was beautiful and clean. It was very big and well equipped. The staff is horrible. The owner was quite aggressive and didn't treat us politely. We understand that there is a language barrier but she couldn't speak English or Spanish and could barely speak Italian. It was really hard to communicate, but we managed to understand. The bed was really hard and the WiFi connection was poor.

Only nice thing is location. Second day the glass around the bathroom’s light just broke, bathroom is so small that if any of us were inside we would have been hurt, there was glass all over the floor. Water in the shower didn’t get hot in the last day, we had to take a freezing cold shower, honestly if i knew about the facilities before, would’ve searched more for a better place. Staff doesn’t speak english and communicate through hand signs, makes no sense that for the check in they make us go up to the 5th floor with luggages, only to make us leave and enter another building where the rooms actually are.

We was arrived after midnight so we was wating outside long time undil someone open us the door.

Close to train station I didn’t knew owner also stays in the same place and entered my apartment when I was not around without my consent.

Location was excellent, a short walk from the train station. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Nice, cute little apartment. Great location. Easy access.

The lift, the atmosphere

Convenient location, close to the train station, clean, had air conditioning, espresso in the kitchen and bottles of water in the fridge. Would have no problem staying here anytime, great value. We considered ourselves so lucky to have such a good spot. There was nothing wrong with this place, would stay again.

Pictures are exactly as what you get. We liked the location alot. Coffee, tea, water were there upon arrival. We arrived late but host was willing to help us out. Parking garage was also near by. Very close to center. Great big food court just a min walk from the house. The size was small for us and we prefer alittle more clean bathrooms.
