The only good thing was that it was close to the train station. The Air conditioning ( a/c ) harly cools at all; I complained, but they didn't do anything

The WiFI in our room was very spotty and at times non existent.

It was closer proximity to the train station. The pictures online were misleading. Pictures had a kitchen and gas burners with oven but wasn’t working and I had to visit before I figured. The attendance on phone was very rude. Entrance of the building was always smelling with dirty and unpacked thrash. Towel was bad and pulling wools, apartment it was overused and old. There wasn’t even cups for coffee. Bedroom was small and you could hardly move around. Bedroom had no bathing soap. Elevator was not advanced, you sometimes have to go upstairs to bring the elevator downstairs. There wasn’t a place to iron. Walkway had no AC(sitting area). Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It was just all shitty and a shitty experience. And it was freaking overpriced.

Closer to termini station The surrounding is a bit dangerous, a lot of black people, and home less.

Nothing. Super sketchy building and rude guest house owner. Super Sketchy location and building. COUPLES BEWARE. We thought its an independent property but you get one room in a 3 bedroom apartment hence kitchen is shared with other two guests. We simply asked if anyone else is occupying other two rooms because of privacy concerns and this sarcastic asshole was rude and oversmart. Super old bad building. The business owner didn't let us check in on time because he wanted us to pay tourist tax upfront which is usually charged at checkout. We tried 4 different cards and it was failing with all. Even a guy would be scared living in this shithole. See the conversation below.

Small room with train station next to it and food was available A bit far from all the central sightseeing points. Main issue was the A/C not working on the night we arrived. Although they sent a person next day to fix it but it took 3 hours so we were stuck there. Even then it wasn’t working well.

Great communication Helpfull I only stayed for 1 night it took me 32 min walking to Trevi Fountain and 5 min to termini gate

Very close to main train station. Lots of food options. Clean. Comfortable. Simple. Nice to have a shared kitchen. Too expensive for the simple accommodation. No early check-in. Rather noisy at night.
