Had hard time checking in. Unable to contact property manager.

It has everything you could need, not a kitchen but it is nothing the owner doesn’t warn about. The location was perfect, 2 min away from Termini station. The owner was so kind, helpful and very friendly. I like everything overall

Very nice modern room. The entry to the place was confusing at first. But easy once I figure it out. Pillows could have been a little better. Overall a good stay. Great location.

Exceptional

Right next to Termini, something that made it us very easy to move around. No words needed for Ulrich and Valentina!! The communication was excellent and they were available for anything we needed! The room was very clean. Can’t wait to visit Habana’a again?

Location is very near train station. Easy to find and access. Room is small but clean . Nothing

Stuffs are friendly and responsive. Really close to the terminal station, but the neigboring area looks a bit unsafe at night time. The facilities are poor condition, including a heating system and piple lines for toilet. They seems to be poorly maintained especially the heater makes a ratting noise, which was quite umcomfortable during the sleep.

Proximity to the train station that had a wonderfully delicious food court. Bus and tours close by. The neighborhood

The host Uli was super friendly, and the cleaning lady Valentina was so friendly and helpful as well, definitely will come back if i visit Italy again. Nothing

Fortunately it was clean and the technological system to get in the hotel and room is pretty nice The pictures look very different than the real life, The A/C had some problems and it was not enough and it made noise everyday, and I tried to reach out the staff with the number that they sent me, and never received answer but when I had to leave the money for the tourism fee, the texted me immediately. The room was dark and you feel unsafe. The area is good because is close to some touristic points but the street where it is, is the worst!, because is next to the terminal and you feel unsafe at night walking to get there. If I had paid the half I would have understood , but I paid the same in Paris, it's no fair received this for the same money

Location wise, the place was highly recommended. Very accessible to Roma Termini. Everyday cleaning and changing of linens are well appreciated.

Habana’s is in a great location for public transport and just twenty minutes walk to the Colosseum. Food options also abound nearby, and the room was cleaned well daily. It would be good to have a ‘do not disturb’ to hang when it’s not needed. Comfortable bed and we were able to manage the heatwave well with a combination of air conditioning while we were in and windows open while we were out. I thought there were holes in the wall when I first walked in, but it’s just horrid plasterwork.

The price was slightly cheaper and the owner was responsive on phone but it is not a hotel and remotely managed apartment divided into pieces. The air conditioning was extremely loud so you have a battle of not sleeping from heat or the noise, the other rooms toilet noise are easily heard from the room and we got dirty towels twice ..

The building might look sketchy from outside but the place is beautiful inside and truly give you an italian vibe. Cleanliness 100% amazing, location is close to EVERYTHING, you got lots of restaurants in the block and souvenirs to buy. Host was super kind through text and responds immediately which i value. They even gave us sparkling wine one night and coffee was available everyday which is super important to me.

Great facilities and incredibly clean! A lot of people say staying by Termini can be a little dangerous, but as a girl who comes from a big city herself, I found it very to be safe. I just wouldn’t walk alone as a woman late at night if anything. Everything is well within walking distance, 40 minutes max for the big sites, but generally less than a 30 minute walk. There was also an aperol spritz bar equipped with ice located outside of our room that our host said we can help ourselves to as much as a we like :) To get into the apartment, we had to use a passkey on a website to automatically unlock 3 doors: to the building, the apartment itself and our room. Although I found the idea very great and quick, we did get locked out of the apartment when the power went out, and the passkey wouldn’t connect to the building. We had to wait a bit to get helped inside but our host and Valentina were fairly quick to respond and rushed to help us in. This apartment might not be great for those who decide not to get data or a mobile plan since you need the internet to get in, and the host isn’t there to greet you.
