The reception staff, unfriendly.

The staff was great.. the room was comfy. The breakfast was good. It was super close to the event I had to attend. The Italian place across the street was fun and yummy. My friend had a great view of the street and I had buildings :( the entire trip I kept giving him the nice room in the places we rented so I wish just one of places I could have had the nice room :( The loud banging of the doors from other rooms can shake you awake out of a sleep :-/ I guess it’s not the fault of the hotel just would’ve been nice

We arrived early and the manager provided us to place to sit and rest. He also provided us refreshments to cool off and relax. Additionally, he allowed us to check in several hours early. Can’t say enough positive about this place! Nothing, really! Great breakfasts every morning. Amazing service. Clean facilities, customer service, and housekeeping did a great job.

Location It doesn’t feel like a four star hotel

Close to the train station and restaurants. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The daily breakfast that was served was top-notch. Best scrambled eggs of this trip. None

Close to Transit Center

Very clean & modern! No storage in bathroom and air conditioning was hard to control..either too cold or warm. In other building and internet not consistent.

Easily located very close to the main train station. 24 hour staff. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast you will have at a hotel in Italy. Updated rooms.

Location Room was exceptionally small even compared to other rooms on the hotel.

Excellent property

We liked the proximity of this hotel to the Termini rail station and many major attractions were within walking distance. If an attraction was too far, the hotel staff were happy to book a taxi for us. The staff were always helpful. A welcome free bottle of sparkling water was enjoyed. The breakfast was a great inclusion, with many choices. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with memory foam mattess and pillows, very conducive to a good night's sleep. The room was compact, but very comfortable and clean. The raindrop shower was wonderful, great pressure and hot water. Complimentary toiletries were generous. Late checkout with our booking was very much appreciated. In all, this was a lovely stay. There were no tissues supplied to the room. We would have liked more tea and coffee supplies, however staff were happy to organise this when we asked. Some more fruit options with breakfast would have been nice, such as a variety of cut fruit pieces. The television remotes didn't work very well. There was quite some delay retrieving our luggage when we were departing, we had to ask a second time and our driver was waiting.

The location was perfect for us within walking distance of the main train station. Staff very pleasant and helpful.. lovely, clean rooms and comfortable beds I can’t really say anything negative about the property

Evertything was good, breakfast was the same but very good! Cleanless of the room!

Facilities

Close to the train station, breakfast was good and room generally in good condition. Had a mix up with our room, whereby we had booked a room with 3 beds (but given a 2 bed room). Credit to the staff they fixed the issue. Room fairly noisy, which was mainly from court yard used by staff.

Had character in its architecture. Breakfast was good. Being near the train station was convenient, as was being near the local buses. It was not that far from major tourist sites. Bathroom. Room small but workable.

It was an eloquent, boutique hotel, a 10 minute walk to the train station, that provided easy transportation to the airport. The staff spoke English very well and we’re very accommodating. The only thing I found I didn’t like that I forgot to report, was my bathroom shower did not drain properly and I took a shower and standing water just about to overflow on the floor. I was in room 551.

Location is excellent, very clean and nice stuff .
