good price. it had a bathtub, nice ànd warm. value for money room was a littke small. but ok

Rooms were nice! Breakfast was very good. Staff even made a cappuccino for us! Hotel was a few blocks from Termini station as well as the starting point for the hop on/hop off tour buses. My only complaint was that the showers in all 3 of our rooms had a problem with the water going from cold to scolding hot constantly back and forth. Although there was an elevator, there are about 8 steps to climb to get to the main floor from the street. We had a family member with mobility problems so it was a tad difficult.

Location was very convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Nice airflow from the street with the operable shutters. While the sheets and towels were very clean, the overall property was very worn and not particularly clean. I came home feeling that all of our belongings needed to be washed in hot water and dried thoroughly, just in case... Walls were very banged up. The bathtub had porcelain missing from the tub and the water jumped from cold to dangerously hot instantaneously.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was OK . I felt very safe in the neighborhood. We reserved a room with three beds and we got there was only two beds. We were told we could get three beds the next day then they lied and told us was impossible. They split the one bed into two. So the two bed was very small.

The location was ideal, close to Termini Station, restaurants, shops, bus stops. The room was a little chilly, but tolerable. A little more warmth would have made it perfect.
-
Very close to the train station, staff very nice with us and big bathroom our room was not exactly on the hotel, but on a building a block away, which made it a bit harder to travel with 2 big bags and some stars to get them up. Breakfast ok, a lot of sweet packed stuff, missed freshness

Walking distant to Roma Termini. Nice and welcoming staff people. 2-bedroom suite is an excellent choice for family staying together. Good enough breakfast (not an American continental breakfast standard) Staircase. Weighted ball key chain.

Location, price, basic and very clean. Traveling with another couple and shared a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. One floor up. Easy access. Always someone at front desk with locking front door. Location near train station and metro. WiFi was great in the lounge areas. Great coffee and typical Italian breakfast. Super clean bathroom. Dozens and dozens of eating options in the Immediate area. Loud at night. But to be expected since it is in a busy area near the train station. No AC u til end of May but being in a corner room there was great ventilation. Flat pillows were not great. WiFi wasn’t great in our bedroom. But was fine in the other bedroom.

Breakfast was simple, but fresh...wonderful pastries, cappuccino, some cereal options I loved this hotel. Seemed like authentic an Italian location, and had a wonderful staff. Everyone there made us feel welcome. The only thing I didn't like was that air conditioning was advertised, but it did not work (maybe we didnt know what we were doing? But not a huge deal to us) We opened the windows, and used our portable fan to circulate the air, and it was perfect!

It is closely to termini station The water heater is not running good and there is no hairdryer in the bathroom

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Great simple options for breakfast in the mornings, consistently good quality. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help The shower needs fixing. The plastic seal between the doors came off partially multiple times, and the towel rack on within the shower was not secured correctly, making it easy to remove from the wall.

Superb
-
It was close the the train terminal It was clean

Despite a small room it was comfortable, clean and warm. I think the mattresses could be better. Other think was the breakfast, there were too many sugar in the juices and cakes. Could be better if there were real cheese.
-
It was not comfortable at all. No service, no basic facilities. Will not consider this hotel as an option for the next trips.
