Hotel Valentino Palace

Luca was super helpful and friendly! The location was right around the corner from Roma Termini station and it was central to everything. The room was super clean and the bathroom was very nice. The restaurant next door is owned by the same folks and they were super friendly also. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good. Close to everything we had on our list to visit. Close to train station and to places to eat. The space was clean.

Elevator to small.

Excelent location, very closed to restaurantes, Santa Maria Maggiore, Central Station and Metro. Difficult to find the hotel, since the sign is too small and no striking. The hotel doors were open sometimes and some people were resting at the entrance.

Rooms ara renovated, clean and comfortable. Everything is close to the hotel. Termini is a few steps away.

An easy walk from the Roma Termini station. No problem to walk with luggages also. The hotel's name is not written conspicuously, so I had to ask someone where the hotel was even when I was standing right in front of it. There were multiple staffs at the reception. Some of them were cordial and some of them were less cordial, but not to the point of feeling offended. The hotel has lift. Room and bathroom were ok. Nothing

Excellent location only about a block from Termini train station. The room was pretty quiet, considering the location. Staff was very helpful and informative, and there is someone at the desk 24/7. The entry is very secure. Years ago, this area was a no-go, but radical improvements in recent years have changed all that. The entry is easy to overlook, even with Google maps.

Close to the train station. The room was clean and shower functions well. The pillows are thin as we needed it and we could sleep well. There was a safe that is beneficial. The hotel is quite new and it feels new. Below is a cafe that feels Italian :) with 2 waiters who can joke, sign and dance. But also bring food, no issues. It was fun to eat there couple of times. Regarding safe. It is not mounted, so I wouldn’t put there money or something valuable for others. We kept there only documents The central location gives much noice with a period of silence from 11PM to 3:30AM. And then it cleaning on streets, delivering goods, etc. The room had an AC, so you can close a window and it filters quite some noise. The AC isn’t adjustable, so we turned it off during nights to avoid getting cold. We have earplugs, so we could sleep. The shower cabinet has no shelf, or anything to put even a soap. Could be better if there was one.

Super close to Termini with lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Elevator is fast and staff are friendly. Bus stops not far, very helpful for those who can't walk very long. Nothing to not like

The location is ok. Near Termini train station. The first room they gave us didn’t have a hot shower. After I complained, the staff tried to fix the issue but eventually had to move us to another, much inferior room. In this new room, the hairdryer didn’t work. When my wife complained, the staff member tried to blame her for the malfunction. Faced with our dissatisfaction with the hotel, the staff member was very rude to us.
