Very nice owner that accommodated to our request (pay by cash). The rooms are clean and have A/C. Overall very good offer for the price, we enjoyed our stay there.
-
The staff was very nice, the room was tidy and clean and the proximity to the train station.
-
Very convenient hotel for stopover. Comfortable bed and room, the owner Roberto, a gentleman, kindly offered to look after my luggage after check out, real nice guy!
-
Very clean. Near the train station. Very friendly staff. Having to turn in my key every time I left the building. But understandable considering tourists loose keys all the time.

Cool staff, clean rooms, decent facilities, recommended. The hairdryer was not the best at all, but it's just a small detail.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. What’s more, the surrounding area is packed with fantastic restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Location is excellent. Right next to the Roma Termini. Lots of food options near by and close to everything I need to reach. The receptionist is a super sweet older gentleman. Walls are a little thin, but that’s okay.

Excellent experience at the hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it for people looking for a budget accommodation with easy access to public transport, various restaurants and attractions.

I have used this hotel for some 20 years, as Iive outside Rome. Structurally It Is a good Place. But I can't bear the on-line policy, which means booking.com. The reservation, tò be effective, requires a credit card, not Just the standard expectation ti pay on arrivak In my view, the management used this tò play games, be dishonest. They Always win, the potential l client generally loses. The visit was all arguuing with management. I refuse tò use It anymore, for this reason. Too bad because It Is technically very desirable.

The location was perfect, being that it was a 2 minute walk to Termini Station; making early morning day trips to other cities get off to an easy start. All the staff at the reception desk were super friendly, helpful, and informative, giving tips about areas and places to go. The hotel was always clean and neat in the common areas. And they cleaned our room on a daily basis. We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay again on our next trip out to Rome. Thanks again to the owner, Roberto, for always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. ?

Location is great — 5min walk to Termini. Staff is accommodating and kind. Check-in is at 12 and check-out at 11 the next day.

Staff was available and attentive

The location was close to the train station which connect you to many different forms of transportation. There are buses, taxis, metro, and a train to the airport. There are lots of good restaurants around and the owner is very accommodating. I have stayed at this location multiple times as it is a good value for what most are needing. A place to sleep while not out touring the sites and city.

When we came back to pickup up our luggage we have to paid for it, and when I asked the reason why they couldn't explain. So it is not free! Some of the front desk People doesn't speak english so it was difficult to communicate with them.

Location is good but hotel is bad We had a plan to stay there for 3 days but there was no hot water, Fridge,Iron and the boiler to make coffee. After cancellation the Owner offered us to pay 10% less but inform to Booking.com that you never visited the hotel and don't give the bad review. It was very bad and illegal and Booking.com should as them about this behaviour.

Central in Rome. Close to the Termini Train station. Had most of what we needed and space to unpack and move around. Bed was comfortable. It was in the process of being re plastered and painted internally but that was OK. Had room for a small fridge but no fridge available.
