I loved the location... it was proximate to every thing I needed. Just because a location may periodically have people around who are down on their luck doesn't mean it's an unsafe location. I was not bothered by anyone and the access to Roma termini, great rooftops, amazing restaurants all outweighed whatever negative comments others have mentored. The bathroom was a little dated and the gym lacked AC but just led to a more intense sweat

Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodated an early check in which was a huge help after a long flight. Location is very convenient if traveling out from Rome. Room was a nice size for European tourist area standard, setup well with three beds to accommodate family.

Central location Bathroom privacy setup was not best with showers sharing a glazed glass wall with sleeping room.

Interesting places nearby, easy to get a taxi. Breakfast on the property, was able to get three in the room

Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us (early check-in etc.). Location right by Termini Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Practically nothing.

The breakfast was excellent. Booking.com had made an error by not including breakfast in my booking despite my request for a hotel that provided breakfast. The hotel management offered us complementary breakfast package. Very much appreciated. The lift did not work sometimes.

The eggs were runny, the potatoes a pre frozen , dried out mess,the bacon was barely cooked and laying in a dish of grease and the chafing dishes were dirty.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and nice. Breakfast and service was top notch. The location at night could be considered shady but we did not have any issues as we were always traveling with 2 or more persons. Otherwise it is a great place to rest your head.
