Termini Terrace

The breakfast was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The room itself didn't have an air conditioner; thus, the kitchen area was cool but the bedroom was very warm (at least for me).

Very close to train station, clean room and bathroom.

The location to the train station was very convenient The bedroom was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. The shower was a nice size.

Very noisy, on the street, all night long. It was difficult to sleep.

Communication between the host was very good, it was at walking distance from the train station Very convenient and close to several restaurants.

The host Mario was amazing. Breakfast was great, chef was there ready to serve cappuccino and delicious croissants. Location was super close to all main attractions and the train station, we never had issues finding a place to eat. The terrace at the B&B was a great place to come and cool off before dinner. All around fantastic spot.

Unconfortable Beds / Terrace Unusable - filled with objects and not very clean - fotos only show the good side of it / Contact with host was made just through whatsapp where the code for the door was handed / We had to ask for new clean towels / breakfast was just a croissant and a hot drink basically / tourist tax was requested by whatsapp 3 times and we had to leave the money on the table - no receipt of it until now.

Very close to the Termini station, just a minute walk. In Termini you have all kinds of shops and metro to go anywhere, and if you are up to walking, you can walk anywhere (that's what I did). So if you want accommodation that will be close to everything, that is the one. I also liked the hospitality of the host and his assistant. Very pleasant people. It was a little loud at night because of the restaurant that is on the next entrance. Also the breakfast could be of more variety.

Hi, it's strange to me, I paid the entire rent. When I got the room, they charged me 48 euros as tourist tax!!! This was not good, the cleaner forgot to lock the door after cleaning the room. The key was on the door and the door was open!!! The location of the room was good and it was close to the bus and train station.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive, the list of food suggestions in the room was fantastic. It was a clean, comfortable, and cosy room for a great price. The description on booking.com was absolutely accurate. :)

When I was booking I thought that I booked the whole apartment for my family for almost $900 for 2 nights when we came Mario didn't tell us that he's renting flat for rooms we were so disappointed with this situation when we found out that we have completely unknown people in apartment sleeping with us so we had to be quiet we couldn't have fun as usual in our family I'm not talking about party but we couldn't go to the kitchen in pajamas for example and the guy was leaving very early waking up us by closing the door so my suggestions is that the extra room shouldn't be rented when we pay that much money even not having breakfast so if you can't rent 3 rooms better find different place
