Marco was fabulous and easily accommodated some last minute changes I had. He communicated with me about the door and was helpful with explaining the keys. The refrigerator and water were really great to have! The property is so close to the train station and an easy walk to a lot of the city! N/a

The room was cute and had all the standard amenities you would expect (refrigerator, desk, shower, etc). The water in the shower was hot enough with good pressure. The host reset the room each day with new water bottles in the fridge and espresso pods for the machine as well as made up beds and new bath towels. We never met our host in person, but the host was very responsive and communicative over WhatsApp. The location of this hotel next to Roma Termini station made it very easy to get on/off the metro to reach most destinations that would have been a mile or more to walk to (Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi, Vatican, etc.). While it can be sketchy to stay near Termini this location wasn’t bad. Being so close to the train station I expected this location to be louder than some, but they did a good job at keeping out the external city noise. However, the noise from neighboring rooms, adjacent and above, could be quite loud. A little more interior sound proofing would make this place that much better.

The host was very helpful and welcoming, giving us recommendations and tips on traveling in rome. All facilities were great, the room was very clean. It was a great experience!

Clean Location Elevator is very small

- close to the train station - daily housekeeping (you can opt out if you prefer) - check-in at 1 PM, which is quite rare in Rome - rooms are separated by bathrooms, making them quieter than if they shared a wall - unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom - old furniture - marks on the walls - mattresses are uneven in height; also' you can clearly feel the springs, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on - you can hear everything from the corridor - the area feels a bit dingy and not as pleasant as the more central tourist locations

Marco, the host, was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the first moment. He arranged an extra bed for our child, offered baggage storage, and was always happy to help. The room was spotless and well organized, with fresh towels, daily cleaning, and water and coffee provided every day. We truly appreciated Marco’s hospitality and felt very well taken care of. A very small thing was that disposable cups are not ideal for hot drinks. When we mentioned it, Marco immediately provided regular cups, so it was not an issue at all.

The property was very clean and a great location!

Marco was very nice and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and sent us recommendations for dinner. The accomodations were clean, small but good for our one night. They even had a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. they cleaned and gave fresh towels and free water each day.

The place is very good and convenient, the cleanliness is excellent and Marco is very attentive. Highly recommended from me.

The location is very good, just near Termini, so is easy to arrive and take the bus to the airport. Marco is an excelent host and was always easy communicate with him. The room is confortable and has everything you need for a good stay, For sure a room to book again

The room was super clean, with a proper hair dryer, espresso machine, smart TV. We barely heard any noises at night or early morning. Marco was very helpful, and although we never met him, he kept in touch with us via Whatsapp. Location is great, walking distances (approx 25 mins) to main attractions. Guesthouse is surrounded by good restaurants and for breakfast there is a small place next door. Room was made up daily including a change of towels. The area can be a bit shady in the evening, so keep the bags close, or else, get to the place by taxi.

Everything, location, cleanliness and very good communication with the host Marco. Highly recommended.

I can not imagine the most perfect location! The hosts - top of the top!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful! They check us in at 10o’clock, not at 13! The next day they bring us new towels and coffee… I read - “it is noisy”- we slept like babies - all was perfect, nothing at all! Definately will come back, because Rome is always a good idea :) and definately will stay the same place! Thank you, guys

Exceptional

Big room, super friendly staff, the room is also clean..it is very comfortable to stay in this hotel.. elevator..it is very small and its like from 1900s

We also liked the self check-in and good communication with the owner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the lift is very tiny. It was a bit dusty under the bed.

Location. Close to termini station and metro and shops The exhaust fan in bathroom was faulty n wasn’t fixed during our stay. This resulted in a fausty smelling room. We had to sleep with windows open.

The location is excellent, around 3 mins walk from the Roma Termini Station and surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, and the smell from the sewer isn't very pleasant but okay if keep the door closed. The elevator is very small, while it still can fit for 2 females and 2 large suitcases.
