Being so close to the train station also means there are a lot of people. The street was a little run down and lots of graffiti

The room seemed decently clean. There was no clear marking at all for an entrance that identifies the place as Clarian Affittacamere at all. The entrance was in a dirty alleyway and only after walking past a seemingly random door 2 times and double checking maps/location did we see a tiny piece of paper on a call box that we weren’t sure even worked and realize that was the entrance. We hit the call box button and didn’t hear anything, but slipped in the old metal door when someone else happened to walk out. It smelled like trash or sewer when we walked in. We didn’t even know if we were rather right place. The inside was not well taken care of, the building seemed sketchy and abandoned almost, and we had no idea what floor we were supposed to go. We considered just leaving at this point. We were sweating and exhausted from the long travel and were annoyed already that we were guessing where to go and that instructions weren’t sent when booked. We end up getting onto the elevator just so we’re weren’t waiting in this empty building’s hot entrance area and guessed a floor. The elevator was so rickety and unsafe that I would not get back on it. I had sent the hotel a message when we were waiting outside and apparently someone was on their way to look for us and I ran into him walking down a few flights of stairs. He confirmed that this building was the clarian. It was just basically an apartment in an unclean and very old building with a little counter once you get inside. The gentleman let us in and he was nice and all. We decided to go sit down in the room for a sec and look at it. It was clean enough on first glance but the whole operation and building state did not give a lot of confidence in the room. Zero chance I’d let my wife walk outside of the apt alone. The gentleman turned on the AC ONCE WE GOT THERE so it was 80 degrees F. Again, we were just wanting to relax in a cool room after travel. There was a mini fridge with nothing in it. No ice or refreshments available. Wife said NOPE.

Walk to the train station .

Very convenient location for public transportation to go around the city. Insufficient shelfing in the bathroom for hanging clothes and toiletries stuff. Wish to have at least a couple plastic cup in the room.

P.S. the beds and cushions were more comfy than I imagined! The hotel is very convenient because it is close to Roma Termini, but the area is a bit dangerous at night. We woke up early everyday and came back before night, so it was all fine!

Very friendly host - the room was nice, cleaned daily and we got fresh towels each day. The bed was not the comfiest, but it was okay for a few days there. Excellent location, overall would recommend - great value for the price.

Good location because it was right next to the main train station. Great value for the price! The people who run this place are incredible! They even shipped me some stuff I accidentally left behind. One day the bathroom smelled really bad and we couldn’t tell why, but it went away in a few hours.

This accommodation was a good choice for my recent stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in earlier than expected which was a lifesaver after a long journey. I also really appreciated the free luggage storage option after check-out - a huge kindness from the receptionist! There were a few things that could be improved upon, though. The kitchenette was a bit lacking in equipment - a few more basic utensils would have been great. Additionally, the room could have benefited from some extra lighting, particularly in the bathroom above the sink. It was a little dim when getting ready. Finally, some additional shelves and hooks on the walls would have been helpful for hanging clothes and keeping things organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free luggage storage was a lifesaver. I would recommend this accommodation with the suggestion that they consider adding a few more amenities to the kitchenette and improving the lighting in the bathroom. I loved the location.

The only redeeming factor was the location . The receptionist was pleasant. It was shabby, dirty and unkempt . Totally unlike the photos. There was a foul odor in the cupboard.

is near central train and bus station Ancient premise and all the facilities. The bed was curved on both sides. Thunderous noise when they were using the bathroom next apartment even 3:00 a.m. There was only a small refrigerator no cuttle or glass or anything else.

Comfortable bed Mess, dirty fridge, dirty shower, absolutely shocking view from the window. Web were disappointed.

Very close to Roma Termini. Excellent location for spending a night between trains. Bunch of restaurants to eat at night. Relatively inexpensive. Strange entrance. Inconspicuous entryway at the side of the building, then a random door on the second floor. Three unmarked old fashion metal keys.

Passable

Location was easily accessible, the air condition was great in the heat. The bathroom had mold and lots of miscolouring as well as broken tiles and equipment.

N/A The location of the guesthouse was not good, the Centrale Station is dangerous to which that I was nearly assulted by a homeless local. The area is litered with graphitti and garbage. The entrance of the stay is located in a street that is not active which makes travellers susceptible to unwanted interactions. The elevator of the stay have not been inspected since 2017 and is unwell to which that it closed on me and hit my friend in the face. The door DOES NOT LOCK properly. The bathroom had showings of mold and the lights flickered. Beds were dirty and stained. I felt unsafe and left the stay immediately.

This was one of the best places we stayed in, the owner is such a sweet lady and everything was perfect and it was very safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the place was really really good especially if you want to use termini for travels (which we did as we visted other cities too not just Rome). An overall nice stay for the price and locstion The elevator wasn't working and you could get stuck in it. Don't go alone outside if you are a woman and it's late at night
