The Front desk staff were amazing!!! I asked to arrange a surprise for my wife Birthday, a cake and flowers, it was amazing! she was extremely happy! I want to thank the team, Natalia Shmidt who arranged it for me that day and was in contact with me numerous times, I know also Aleksandar helped communicate it, and I am not sure who else was in the process but I want to thank you all! Amazing service, great room! The hotel is clean and location is perfect Ohh... the coffee in the reception bar was perfectly made. Thanks a lot! I appreciate it! We would definitely return in the future.

The room was clean, quite spacious, and well-lit. The hotel has a nice location. The room was somewhat old and had clear signs of wear and tear. I think it needs a light renovation. Also, the breakfasts were OK, but could’ve been tastier. Finally, the hotel of this level should provide free drinking water on request rather than charging extra for each bottle over “the daily limit.”

Amazing, central location. Room was a dream. We had a hot tub which was so relaxing. Coffee in the morning on the roof with a view was beautiful. Everything was almost perfect. Just a warning (which is likely a warning for all Rome hotels). Don’t leave garbage from food in your room overnight. We left an empty pizza box and attracted some ants. But no bugs otherwise!

Thank you Alex for all of your help during our stay and the doorman was outstanding to help whenever needed. We loved being in the center of everything but when entering the hotel, total peace and tranquility. the morning breakfasts beautiful to eat on the rooftop. I miss it@

The service! We arrived on Valentines days and there was a free of charge bottle of Prosecco and chocolates in the room. Then we had a rough night when guests moved in the middle of the night to the connecting room next door, we could hear everything… Night shift upgraded us to a Suite and told us to transfer the luggage the next morning. Then on the last day, without anyone requesting it, I received a birthday cupcake for breakfast. Someone must be keeping a tab on the passport birthdates. Very nice touch. We even forgot to pay for mini bar charge and it was on the house. This was a very good hotel experience. Depending on the room, you can hear what’s happening in the hallways or the rooms next door which make it noisy especially at night :)
