Super room, nicest host!

Price. It is not a hotel, it is someone’s apartment home with three master bedrooms. It’s not a hotel with staff and lobby. Breakfast is not good. Internet so bad.

Our hostess Francesca, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our room was quiet, spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was outstanding.

Location was very nice but the breakfasts were super great. Many great pastries, cookies and homemade items here. The hosts were super nice and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and everything was very nicely decorated for the halloween season. The apartment is in a very nice area. It is a little too far to walk from the train station but there is a free bus from the train station that goes two blocks to the apartment. Best part of the place are the hosts. We always had nice chats and got great information about rome and the area from Francesca and Rafaela. My wife tells everyone how great the homemade items tasted. I would stay there again if going back to Rome.

It was beautifully presented, Francesca was very welcoming and helpful and the room was cleaned daily. There was also a lovely Roman breakfast provided every day we stayed. The property is in a great location, not quite in the main lively part of Trastevere so it’s quiet but within a 5 min walking distance to local food spots, and a 30 minute walk into the city centre.

Great location, near great restaurants. Easily walkable to the main attractions. The room was ver spacious. The AC in room 3 makes a lot of noise. It was hard to keep the room cool on such hot days in Rome.

Great location to be able to walk along the Tiber to many Roman monuments. Once we figured out street parking it was even more convenient as we thought we would have to leave the car at an expensive car park. A lot of doors to get in.

Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the charming touch of marshmallows on the desk. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and pastries. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was excellent

Comfortable mattress! Very friendly staff. Able to hold our bags early. The room was nice and had coffee included. I also really liked the shower was separate room from the toilet. Didn’t get to try breakfast since we left early! Location is pretty good but definitely a little further to get to some of main tourist attractions! 40 min walk to Vatican.

Property was very clean and modern. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly, highly recommend!

It was a good apartment with good facilities and good breakfast It is very challenging to find a parking place in the neighborhood

Great location. Francesca was lovely and helpful. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Might be cramped if traveling with family or book several rooms.
