Location is very good. Facilities are fair. The A/C is behind the curtains, so you need to choose between comfortable or privacy for the room which I stayed.

Everything was amazing, but especially Cecelia. Always replied to my messages almost instantly and catered to all our needs very fast. She also gave us food recommendations in the neighborhood and they were amazing! I loved it and would definitely come back. Nothing.

Regarding the cleaning, I would just suggest to take out the trash as we threw some of it away because the trashcans were full.

Very clean and good looking room. Owners are friendly and very helpful. The location is also great near Vatican and metro station. Highly recommended.

The property is close to the Vatican , you can find restaurants close by. Beds were great and everything super clean . Quite area but like I said close to the Vatican and Ottaviano street where you can find a lot of shops. There is nothing that I did not like .

It was clean, quite and conveniently located to the metro and buses making it easy to get to major attractions. Also about 10 minutes walking to Saint Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City. Comfortable bed. A bit to small for my personal taste.

Everything was great except the mold in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There were blackout curtains, an AC, a flat TV and a refrigerator in the room. The neighbourhood is perfect - quiet and friendly! The hosts are quickly responsive and helpful :) The mold in the bathroom.

Excellently located nearby the Vatican City and metro station, the room was spacious and luminous. Hot water was running all day, and heating was working well. Communication with Cecilia and Giulio was really easy and information was provided on time. The neighborhood is calm, with little restaurants and places for breakfast, as well as a 24/7 supermarket. Although I do appreciate and support the ecologic perspective, I would recommend a soap dispenser rather than tiny soap bottles that serve nothing and are easily wasted in one shower.
