Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport

Beautiful lobby/lounge. Spacious rooms. Convenient shuttle to airport.

Staff were accommitable,especially housekeeping. Pool & hot tub small for size of hotel, but refreshing. My room 209 was Fairly clean, but safe & comfortable. Entire hotel is worn,except lobby,in major need an updated overhaul & cleanup.Loved the balcony, but not so spectacular view.Hotel is highly overpriced considering it's poor outdated, unkept conditions

Nice airport hotel, was very busy during my stay. Airport shuttle was great, staff at the restaurant were very nice and attentive, even during peak periods. Check easy and efficient.

Very clean and it has shuttle service to DTW airport

Dirty since the last time I stayed, multiple times I had to call the front desk for towels and toilet paper during my 4 day trip until finally I tracked down a maid . The hallway was so dirty I saw a dental flosser on the hallway floor for 3 days . The restaurant was amazing but the pool had hair and plastic in it and hot tub was so dirty that the bubbles were brown.Also no breakfast buffet. I think I will start staying somewhere else during my trips to Detroit

Nice hotel, close to the airport with airport shuttle 24/7!

Getting there from airport was easy and did not take long for the shuttle. Got our room but the card would not work. Had to go back down to front desk to get the card activated. Very quiet room with great blackout curtains. Comfy bed and pillows. Great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was so pleasant to talk to. Amenities where nice just did not get to use any of them.

We only stayed for one night. Just to sleep because we had an event to attend. Everything was clean and no issues for the night. The only thing I can say is that the parking app took several times to complete. Other than that, everything was perfect,

Smelled like bleach! The shower was as so slippery I fell in it. The staff were quick and efficient.

Shuttle was great, paint chipping in bathroom shower, hallway floors need a clean felt not well maintained for an older property…but it was okay

Extremely comfortable pillows and beds. Quiet, convenient.

Clean pool but hot tub was gross. The bar drinks and food was my favorite part didn’t have to leave for the night and had a relaxing weekend.
