Hotel experience was good The breakfast was not so good no selections no fresh fruits no danishes no juice Breakfast bar was not good at all needs to have juice in the machine also need danishes fresh fruits would be good ATM was broken

The staff were very nice and unfortunately, its management problem not the staffs. The room was disgusting, we made sure to check for bed bugs as in saying that obviously it warranted the check. (None found) . Floor was dirty and had to clean the bathroom myself with one of their towels. Box spring / mattress on rolling wheels, and extremely uncomfortable. My poor son was scared to catch anything while resting. Glad we made it out alive.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great. It was some what noisy but nothing too bad.

They had a room available after a number of flights were diverted to Detroit and everything was booked up. In a pinch it worked. The AC was good and it was close to the airport. It just wasn’t clean. Light in the room was two bare bulbs.

The room we rented smelled like cigarettes and didn’t have a fire alarm, but we didn’t mind because we were just staying the night come to find out they took my deposit of $50 and claimed that we smoked in the room as well as checking out late, both false

Most hotels have gone to less housekeeping and they failed to clean mine this time. I did request it. I have stayed before.

Easy access to transportation Thanks

Requires a $100 cash only deposit to stay here. Isn’t advertised on any sites, only at the front desk and the ATM is out of service. “Breakfast” consists of bread with no butter and stale fruit looks. Front desk nice and helpful.

not satisfied nothing

My toilet was broken, and the lights on the wall didn't work. They just need to do some updates to the rooms. But I guess you get what you pay for. And some of the TV channels go in and out.
