You should provide a dresser.....we were living out of our luggages. And the bathroom was TINY!!!! When 4 people are booked in a room...have more than 2 towels in the room. Housekeeping should be automatic or at check be told how the process works....we were out of out room all Saturday and came back thinking our room was being cleaned but it wasn't.

Lets call my review "The Good, Bad and Ugly" Our three day stay at the Hershey Resort in Lancaster was a mixed bag. Very mixed bag. The worst part was just after our check-in we found out our room was on the second floor. That wouldn't have been bad if I hadn't had my knee replaced last year and my hip replaced the year before AND.......if they'd had elevators on the property. They didn't. On top of the that, we to get to the 2nd floor from the lobby, where we checked in. To do that: we had to walk up a set of stairs, from the lobby, to the first floor and then two flights of stairs to get to the second floor. How in the world do they think anyone with a disability could easily get to their rooms was beyond me. Then we had to use these same stairs to get around the property. It didn't get better: the one window in our room, only had a set of blinds to cover the window - no curtains. The blinds didn't close properly and allowed the morning light to come into our room around 6:00 am. Which of course, woke us up. Did we tell anyone? Why? If they didn't have elevators, for guests, why would they care about anything else? BUT......the place was very clean, the employees very nice and the price of the hotel included a free buffet breakfast every morning which was by far one of the best we've ever had. We'll never, ever go back and this is just a warning to those who're disabled who might be considering staying there.

Excellent breakfast included in lodging fee. Quiet. Great location. Close to area attractions. I thought it was somewhat pricey. No bathmat left after room cleaned following my first 2'night stays. Used a bath towel as a bath mat. Tub was very slippery.

Nice lobby that still serves tea and coffee, restaurant and a cafe in the building. Patio outside the cafe overlooking the pool. The rooms were nice and clean. Small bathroom in the room we had. I didn’t like that there was a 15 minute to 30 minute wait for breakfast at a buffet style restaurant.

The property is under construction for renovations. The areas that are finished are updated & beautiful. The hotel location is very good to see the sights. The buffet breakfast is outstanding & includes an omelette station, waffles, 4 kinds of pancakes, bacon, sausage, cereals & so much more. We will definitely return to the Hershey Farm Resort.
