I like that it was pet friendly. The outside was well kept, but our room was dirty. Sinks drained very slow. The breakfast only had eggs and bagels and a few other items.... no bacon or sausage. The staff were all friendly.

Breakfast was just ok. They served the same items every day. If you're staying several days it gets boring. There were many grassy areas to walk your dogs. This was nice.

Some look like vagrants and this is not the first time I have seen this at this hotel. They literally go in and out of each other's rooms too. I saw some go in and come out quick, with something in their hand. Some stare/watch you as you come and go. First day, we arrived there about 3 pm after having done a lot in the area already that day, as we arrived in the morning, and check-in is now at 4 pm and the guy, possibly the manager or owner, was somewhat rude in the way he told us that no, we were too early-check in is at 4. Check OUT is at 11 am so I am certain the rooms were ready by then. We've always been allowed to check in up to an hour earlier at most hotels we stay at, including this one in the past! It's definitely changed there and while they are updating the property and rooms, they need to stop using part of their hotel and living spaces for people. Covid is over, so that isn't the issue, oh and same for their maid service!!! They are STILL using the whole covid thing to avoid having daily maid service!! You have to ask at the desk for towels or request maid service a DAY BEFORE!

Floor was not cleaned, went to take shower dirt came off my bottom feet.

Inexpensive and close to attractions.

I discovered bed bugs in my room and had to be downgraded from the suite I booked because they had no availability. I was promised that my first night would be free and that I would receive a 20 percent discount for the rest of my stay. I have not received anything. Would not recommend. I could not even get in touch with a manager to make sure I got my refund when I checked out. I was told there’s a note on my account but nothing else.

The rooms were clean, spacious. The grounds was well kept and clean, nice pool, very quiet atmosphere.The continental breakfast was sufficient and best of all the coffee was actually hot! I was a happy camper. The staff was courteous. Close to everything. It was a nice stay.

Rooms were clean with all the essentials, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. The outside of the rooms were not very welcoming. Appears to be ongoing construction happening. The appearance was untidy and not swept.

The property is older, which i actually liked because it fit well with the environment. The main section was pretty. Where we stayed was not well kept. The only ice machine was broken so no ice for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was pretty good. There were some sketchy people hanging around the parking lot but I didn't feel unsafe. But the location was convenient to everything we needed.

Room was exceptionally clean and cool (nice treat considering recent heat waves)

Breakfast was not great either. We didn’t get a discount either and we paid for the whole price even though things were not working properly because they said they had a power outage. It was the worse experience ever specially for us driving a six hours ride.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful, notably Ricky. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Would stay here again!

Close to Sights and Sound Theater

Looks like there were new owners or they were learning the business. Property needs some upgrades. Did have issues with the hair dryer sparking, toilet bowl kept rung so I had to fiddle with the internals. TV was very small for the size of the room. Breakfast was not great(besides the waffle maker) but it was free and did its job. My goal was just a place to sleep on a budget and this place was one of the least expensive.

The room was clean and somewhat remodeled. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. A/C did not work. Outside was trashy.

The building and room had a lot of mismatched broken down furniture!
