Once you get to the hotel it was wonderful. The area and outside was sketchy.

Disappointing

We were asked to pay $20 for parking. This is unacceptable! In the web site you report “private parking”, which is deceitful. This is the first time that happens to us in a hotel close to the airport. We will NOT stay here again.

Easy check in, clean room Entrance was difficult due to small barricades near entrance off highway. No clear signage that hotel entrance is in the rear.

We were surprised that they would upcharge for parking. There were plenty of spots and disappointed that they would do that. Also there was a not so great smell in the hall we were down. We were at the very end (by the stairwell) and that smell was all down the hall and into our bedroom. The room itself was clean and the bed. We had a restful night.

The hotel has s connected to another hotel that is condemned and there were homeless people in the abandoned part of the hotel! It felt a little shifty. But if you are going to an event at the Allstate arena it is cheap and so is the parking. Just don’t bring your kids.

It’s a great hotel room is very clean. Everything was good. The only problem was the shuttle bus from the airport shuts down early and in the morning they had no spaces available. That’s the only problem I had.

Everything was great! Employees were kind, the room was clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay. What made it drop a couple points was that room 527 wouldn't shut the door on it's own so I had to double check it to make sure it locked but no big deal in the long run, and someone had pulled the fire alarm at 6:30 am but that actually isn't the hotels fault. They had it fixed in no time and we went back to our rooms.

Nothing it was horrible. The crib is a pack and play. I thought it was an actual crib. So, bring your own because we went through two and both were broken. There was a fire alarm at 6 am. Our door didn’t shut properly. The room was small. You have to pay $20 for parking because the city charges them for parking.

Everything was fine, except that the fire alarms went off at 6 a.m. and woke everyone up, so we couldn't get any more rest.

Breakfast was delicious.
